We are closed September 11-13. You will be registering as a VOLUNTEER and taking only one VENDOR DOOR POSITION SLOT. You may only take one unless you have worked the previous sale for us and want to commit to more. Please read this entire page before registering. Please ensure that when you register, you choose volunteer, then check the checkbox for vendor and enter your vendor company name. Then among the many choices of slots, search for and choose one and only one of the remaining VENDOR DOOR POSITIONS (not the regular door positions). If you register this way, you will receive a confirmation email that lists the time you registered for as your timeslot. Then please come back to the website Free Vendor Display page in the Sponsor section to ensure that your slot now lists with your initials. Paid advertising and vendor opportunities are listed here.

Our shoppers and their kids find themselves wishing they had water and snacks at the sale! Your company can purchase bottled water or individually packaged snacks such as juice boxes, fruit snacks, and goldfish, granola bars, or trail mix. Attach your business card, sticker, or a magnet to each so that your business is advertised to each person taking one of these snacks at our sale. All items MUST be factory sealed, so no homemade goodies please. Snacks and waters may be delivered during setup, drop-offs, or any selling days- the sooner, the better! This option DOES NOT GIVE YOU VOLUNTEER STATUS. It only offers you a way to advertise your business.

Park in the lot facing Airport Blvd., enter at the blue Outlets Morrisville sign and see Gail Walker at the checkout in the intersection of the hallways to drop-off your promotional snacks. No need to provide advance notice. Just bring the snacks/water and we will be certain to hand them out at checkout throughout the sale!


We offer free vendor table spots to companies willing to direct help sort customer's unwanted items or to check wristbands while covering your table display in a high visibility location.

  • This spot is for someone able to man your booth and at the same time direct Kids EveryWear traffic, check wristbands, sort and put back unwanted items, and answer questions during sale hours. Feel free to bring along a second adult to help you manage both tasks at once.
  • If you are new to doing the free vendor slot at Kids EveryWEAR, you may only register for ONE volunteer vendor slot. Unless you have preapproval from us and are a faithful previous vendor at Kids EveryWEAR, we only allow you to register for ONE of these slots. 
  • You register as a Kids EveryWEAR volunteer for one of our vendor volunteer positions via our Registration page. Take a slot clearly described as a Vendor Door Position. Your vendor booth time and this volunteer slot time are one and the same. You don't volunteer at a different time than you have a booth. You man your booth and sort items for us or watch the front door for us at the same time. Do not register for detagging slots or any other slots except a Vendor Door Position slot. 
  • Our consignor full price shopping day is the very best day according to past vendors, but all of our days except the 24 hour shopping day are quite busy! Vendor spots are what you make of them!
  • You provide a table/tablecloth/display items.
  • You may also give out factory sealed snacks and water bottles at your booth and give them to us to give out throughout the entire sale.
  • We are relying on you to fulfill your slot. Please DO NOT sign up for a volunteer vendor position if you cannot fill it! 
  • If you and your team members wish to work together at the same time, only one of you should sign up and only one of you will receive an early shopping pass.
  • If you are unable to provide attention to consignment shoppers throughout the sale, then this option is not for you. Consider the paid option instead.
  • You may man the door during drop-off and pick-up if you'd like (not just during days that we are open to shoppers); it would involve answering questions about where things go in the storefronts, so it would require your having been a previous consignor or shopper. It will be beneficial but very busy! If you want to do this, you will need to email Gail to ask for this slot.
  • We strongly recommend that you offer a prize raffle to build your mailing list and offer samples and handouts to anyone interested!
  • We will assign your booth location when you arrive to your designated timeslot. The choices are front door, girls door, boys door. Front door is typically only assigned to folks who have a teammate with them.

What do I need to do if I would like to have the free display and man the door for you?

  • Register to see which slots are available. Look for slots clearly described as Vendor Door Position. Pick ONE Vendor Door Position slot which you can commit to . Remember, the list will change as people select them. You are committing. Please do not take a slot you will miss. This would leave us short-staffed. This is a commitment.
  • We post on the Free Vendor Display page of the Sponsors section of our website which slots are taken by which companies. You may not take a slot at a time at which your company is already represented by someone else. Check the list of vendors there.
  • Once you have registered, your company and your initials should be listed at the correct time on that Free Vendor Display web page. If they do not, you failed to register correctly. You most likely did not enter your company name, check the vendor checkbox, or take a slot described as Vendor Door Position. You must register again. On the page during registration with the Volunteer Agreement, be careful to check the vendor checkbox and enter your company name.
  • We provide a high visibility space approximately 6' x 8'. You provide your own display set-up: table, chair(s), product display, freebies, etc.
  • Park in the lot facing Airport Blvd. and enter at the blue Outlets Morrisville sign. You may unload and leave your setup items inside the entrance to the side of the hall. See Gail Walker at Volunteer Check-In, at the intersection of the hallways, or Beth Pendola for information about where to set up. This may take us a few minutes as we need to assess which vendors are doing a shift at this time and where to put each vendor to best meet your needs and ours.
  • The initial 30 mins of the 4-1/2 hr slots is for you to set-up. No need to come earlier!
  • If you have approval to work more than one slot because you are a previous KE vendor, and you are working one night and the next morning as well, you may pull your items into one of our storefronts after closing and take them out again the next morning. Please be sure they are not in the way. You may cover your table with a tarp and leave it. We cannot be held responsible for any items you choose to leave in our stores or in the halls.

NOTE: Because you are volunteering on our behalf, you also get a pass to shop at the volunteer sale! Take one 4-hour door slot and shop at 3pm. Your confirmation of registration is your shopping pass.

  • A schedule and mall map are pasted to your table. Our cell #'s are written on the sheet on the table as well.
  • NO ONE SHOULD EXIT WITH TAGGED ITEMS! Please check that anyone with items/bags has a receipt stamped PAID.
  • Strollers should not have ITEM NOT PAID FOR tags attached to handle. If they do, please politely ask for their receipt. Ask the price of the stroller. Check receipt for that price. If not on receipt, apologize for the oversight of our detaggers and ask them to see Gail or Beth at the checkout to have the stroller rung and to have them pay for it. Watch for them to come through and recheck receipts to be certain they pay.
  • Mall Shoppers are NOT allowed to enter at our end of the mall until the Public Shopping days. Politely insist that they move their car to the Food Court entrance. There is nothing in the mall other than us and the Food Court. Mall shopper passes may be given to them to return for our Friends Sale prior to the Public Shop Day to apologize for the inconvenience.
  • You make the first impression for our customers!
  • Please greet them warmly and tell them, “Be sure to check out all TWELVE storefronts!
    • Wristbands are used on all but the final day of the sale. Wristband colors change throughout the day – ask when to allow which colors!
    • If they do not have one, check their ID and pass to ensure they are here for the next shopping time.
    • Name MUST match ID!
    • Their husband and parents also need a wristband.
    • Their young children do not need a wristband except adult children.
    • Their friends are NOT permitted to shop for or with them and must return for our Monday Friends Sale.
    • Shoppers with wristbands may line up to wait at the Main Entrance before Store 1 (Books) until their entry time.
    • Do not collect their pass; they must keep it for our discount days.
    • Especially on the first volunteer shop day, we are asking that shoppers arriving early use the hotel restroom as folks are not permitted in the hallways/stores unless they are wristbanded.
    • *Do NOT let anyone in early or give them a wristband if they show up early for a later shopping time.*
    • Text Gail if anyone is not on the list and does not have a pass but says this is their shopping time. They must wait for us to verify before they may enter.
    • On public shopping days, only volunteers & consignors need a wristband (to get the discount); public do not.
    • Please suggest that they pull it behind them by the string but not to pull it on hardwoods! (It’s in our lease that we won’t damage them, and the baskets scratch!!!)
    • Baskets really make shopping easier, so we want to encourage this. If you run out, text us to collect them from under de-tag tables for you. It is important to give them to every person you can so they can shop longer and buy more!
  • If anyone brings a gift card, it must be for $50 to shop at 3pm with Regular Volunteers. If they do not have a pass showing that they registered to bring a gift card, please add their name to the Regular Volunteer shopping list and write “gift card” beside their name. Write their name and the gift card amount on the gift card using a Sharpie. Save gift cards for Gail. Most gift card volunteers will be showing you a receipt from Gail for having already sent their gift card to us.
  • Offer shoppers a shopping hamper. These should be stacked near your table at Shopper Check-in.
  • Ask if they need any directions and offer a map that shows our 13 stores. Ask them to leave the map with you when they're done shopping. Accessories are in each store. Cleats are in shoes. Costumes and dance leotards hang by gender/size with clothing. ALL Boys shoes are in Little Boy store 2. Girls shoes newborn-size 4 shoes in Big Girl store 5. Ladies shoes 5 & up are in Ladies store 9. Please be sure they don't miss store 1 Books right beside your table!
  • On Consignor Shopping Day: White taggers must show pass. If they say they lost it, ask if they used all white tags and check consignor list.
  • Thank customers for shopping as they leave.
  • ON PUBLIC SALE DAYS: Encourage shoppers to “Join our mailing list at the checkout area or online if you aren’t on it!” (Shopping passes on black sign stands have our web address.)
  • Restrooms are available near the Big Girls Clothing store #5, in the de-tagging hall, and in food court.
  • All customers are welcome to come back any days after their initial shopping day. They will still need to check-in again for a new wristband as we change the color daily.

Volunteers just arriving need to read and sign the Check-In Sheet and then seek out Gail for further instruction. Can you point that out to them if they ask what to do? They do NOT get a wristband.

Store Door Person:

  • We will have racks in the hall outside each store's entrance for sorting customers' unwanted items by size. 
  • We ask that you get handfuls of unwanted items off of the round racks clearly labeled "Unwanted Items" and sort them for us during your shift as you have time. In between customers, when it is slower, we ask that you help in this way as your volunteer position. It helps us tremendously to keep up with the unwanted items throughout the day. We have overlapped shifts by 30 minutes, so at the overlap times if one of you is able to put back these items correctly by size and gender, this would be a tremendous help to us. 
  • We believe the free vendor volunteer position will be worthwhile to you, even with having to work as a volunteer on our behalf.

Park in the lot facing Airport Blvd. and enter at the blue Outlets Morrisville sign. This option DOES NOT GIVE YOU VOLUNTEER STATUS. It only offers you a way to advertise your business. We recommend you bring a poster which we will hang behind our checkout area indicating that the snacks are from your business. We will throw away the poster when the snacks are gone unless you ask to pick it up on our Pick-up date.


Over 18,000 eager sale participants can view your logo in the border of the next KIDS EVERYWEAR "Registration Is NOW Open" e-mail announcement and all subsequent emails prior to the sale. Your logo will open a new web window with your web page. Remember, Kids EveryWear does not send unsolicited SPAM. Every member on our mailing list has personally requested advanced notification of sale dates! The cost for e-mail advertisement is only $50 and your ad will be included in at least 10 emails we send prior to the sale! Please email a 125 x 125 pixel jpg LOGO emblem (like a 2' square logo with very few words) and your website url. Note that we do not offer design services. See below for payment details.


We will place your full-color ad on our website's "Our Sponsors" page as well as on the page of your choice other than the home page.

Any member of your team may work your table. You don't have to be the one to man it every day.

DAILY RATES NOW AVAILABLE: Set-up your booth for one or more days for $50 per day. Email to hold your space. Payment can be mailed or paid when you set up your booth.

Whether you man your booth during all, part, or none of the week is entirely up to you; however, Kids EveryWear cannot be held responsible for your items. Therefore, depending on your security needs, you are welcome to dismantle any part of your display at any time during the event. On-site sale of vendor merchandise is allowed, but you must personally manage all transactions independent of Kids EveryWear.

Vendor spaces are limited! Please send in your request and payment quickly to guarantee your spot! Payment must be received before the volunteer sale day if you would like to receive passes to shop early. Upon requesting a booth, please let us know what product or company you represent. Should more than one request be made for a specific company, booth availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis according to payment receipt, not email request. You may wish to indicate whether or not you would be interested in sharing a booth with another representative of the same company in the event that we receive duplicate requests. See below for deadline and payment details.


Bring a labeled box of 100 tri-fold sized flyers and a holder labeled with your name and company name to our sale drop-off or the first shopping day and place them at the checkout counter. (See sale schedule below for dates.) Similar sized flyers are acceptable as long as you supply the appropriate holder. Shoppers study our assortment of flyers and take their pick. Only $50! We will replenish the holder as needed. Please label the bottom of your holder and plan to pick it up on the final day of the sale in the late afternoon or evening, or during Sort. All holders and extra flyers not picked up at this time will be discarded. See below for payment details. Note: We do not think this is an effective means of marketing, but if you are convinced it has worked for you and want to go this route, feel free!


E-mail with your company information, phone number, email logo and url, web page ad copy jpg and url, postcard logo (jpg format) and/or request for on-site vendor space. This is all of the information we will need; there is not an application to be completed.
