Each sale we try to find ways to make our sale better for everyone: our consignors, our shoppers, & our great volunteers! Thanks to all who give suggestions to make our sale great!

What's New for Shoppers

  • Our NEW Summer Sale is our Summer EverythingELSE Sale and will have Adult clothing and accessories including purses, scarves, jewelry, and maternity/nursing wear, NOT kids clothing and accessories. But it will have EVERYTHING ELSE! YOU NAME IT! Kids Toys, Puzzles, and Games, indoor and outdoor Play Equipment, even swing sets! Books, Electronics, Baby Equipment, Bikes and Trikes and Scooters, Large Appliances, Phones, Outdoor and Indoor Furniture, Tools, Housewares. Think Craigslist and FB Marketplace made EASY!
  • Our Fall Kids EveryWEAR Sale September 13-23 is our Kids EveryWEAR Sale and will have KIDS clothing and accessories, toys, equipment, and housewares. We will not have Adult clothing except we will have nursing wear and maternity. We will not have large furniture or large appliances at the fall sale.
  • Purchasing large items? Easy Peasy! ALL large items (strollers, Pack n Plays, etc.) now have a “Large Item Claim Ticket” attached to them that you will complete with the HOLDS Volunteer. See the Shopping Tips page for details about how the claim tags work from start to finish so you can easily leave the store with your large item purchase.

What's New or Very Important for Consignors

  • NEW TAGS!!! We have a NEW checkout system with QR codes that contain price, code, and description. You MUST retag ALL ITEMS and enter the price on the tags online before printing them. We have never changed our tags before and hope to never do so again! We are sorry for the inconvenience to those of you with already tagged items.
  • Our NEW Summer EverythingELSE Sale in August will have Adult clothing and accessories, NOT kids clothing and accessories. But it will have EVERYTHING ELSE! YOU NAME IT! Kids Toys, Puzzles, Games, and Books, Indoor and Outdoor Play Equipment, even Swing Sets! Baby Equipment, Bikes, Trikes, and Scooters! Large Appliances, Indoor and Outdoor Furniture, Electronics, Phones, Tools, and Housewares. Think Craigslist and FB Marketplace made EASY!
  • Our regular Fall/Winter Kids EveryWEAR Sale in September will no longer include Adult clothing or Furniture. Those items will be featured only at the Summer EverythingELSE Sale. Our September sale will have all the rest: Children's Clothing, Toys, Baby Equipment, Nursing and Maternity, Housewares, Shoes in all sizes, Purses, and so much more!
  • New Items Accepted Chart to help you know what to bring to each event.
  • Selling large items or items priced above $25? We are making it better for you! Large items such as strollers, car seats, Pack n Plays, etc. now need a “Large Item Claim Ticket” attached to them. See Drop Off for the details.
  • New Pricing Guidelines to help you price.
  • At our Fall/Winter Sale in September, boutique items will be displayed on specially marked rounders to show them off!
  • We will pull and DONATE any VCR tapes and any adult rated R or above DVD's dropped off. We do not take accept these and do not have the staff to sort and return them.
  • We will not be accepting adult-oriented books! No adult novels. No cookbooks.
  • If you are selling hangers, you must price them at $1 or under for 12 hangers.
  • If you bring a carseat, you MUST write the expiration date across the top of the tag with a thick red marker like this: EXP 10/28. You will be charged an additional $10 fee if you bring an expired carseat. We will discard the expired carseat and not return it.
  • We will be charging a $5 fee per 10 items dropped off that are very clearly off-season, very stained/torn, or not on our Items Accepted Chart for the current event.
  • Any ladies/mens clothes dropped off at the Fall September Kids EveryWEAR Sale will be donated immediately and not returned at Pickup. We are not taking adult clothing at our Fall Sale. Please do not bring them in September. 

What's New for Volunteers

  • CLAIM TICKETS
    • Large items & items priced above $25 now have a “Large Item Claim Ticket” attached to them. For items too large to bring to Holds, the shopper should bring a Holds volunteer to the item. The shopper must fill out name and phone number on the top portion of the tag. The Holds volunteer should remove the bottom portion of this tag and keep it while the shopper shops. The shopper will retrieve the bottom portion of the Claim Ticket from Holds while his/her items are being processed at Step 1 of Checkout: Item Processing Station.
    • The KE Crew Member (checkout volunteer) will send the Claim Ticket with the shopper's other items/tags to Step 2: Computer Stations.
    • At the Computer Station, the Claim Ticket is scanned and held by the scanner (10-Keyer) until the receipt is printed. Then the price on the receipt matching the Claim Ticket item must be circled in ink. Once the Claim Ticket price has been circled, the receipt and Claim Ticket may be handed to the customer for processing at Step 3: Cash Registers.
    • The shopper must show their Receipt and Claim Ticket both stamped "PAID" to pick up their item.
  • Marathoners will be required to do 32 hours, not 40, at our August Summer EverythingELSE Sale due to the limited sale schedule. You must be preapproved to marathon if you have not marathoned before. Forward your confirmation email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for preapproval after selecting your 32 hours. Marathon spots are limited. To marathon for our Fall Sale, you are required to do 24 hours at a previous sale. Interested? Do 24 hours this sale and let us know you want to marathon in the fall.
  • Marathon 32-hour volunteers shop a full day alone on Thursday for our Summer Sale!
  • 24 and 12-hour volunteers shop on day 2, Friday, for our Summer Sale!
  • 8 and 4-hour volunteers shop on day 3 before Consignors and Shop Early $15 Presale Holders shop - all on Saturday - for our Summer Sale.
  • We open to the public on Sunday for our Summer Sale.
  • The Summer EverythingELSE Sale is a shorter sale and hours are significantly different. Click the schedule button in the right margin of our website to see the details!
  • Marathoners at our Fall/Winter Sale in September will be required to do 40 hours.
  • A very different shopping schedule for our Summer EverythingELSE Sale. Use the Schedule button to check it and our Fall dates out!

Most Asked Questions about the Changes

Will my tag color change?
No. So be certain you throw away your old tags before you start printing the new ones. We don't want you to accidentally tag with the old ones!

Will my volunteer hours for the Summer EverythingELSE Sale count toward the Fall Sale?
No. These are two separate events!

Can I register now to consign for Fall?
Yes. You can register and begin tagging your kids clothing & kids shoes for Fall. BUT, register again when you get the email that Fall registration is open - just so you get your new shopping pass for Fall!

Where do I access the new tags?
When you register, you will receive a confirmation email. That email has the link to Print Tags. If you don't get the email, register again and save the final screen. There is a direct link to Print Tags in the Consignor menu as well.

Do I pay the consignor fee when I register?
No, your fee is deducted from your check for every sale in which you sell items.

If I use white tags on my kids toys and consign them at the Summer EverythingELSE Sale, do they get donated at the end of the Summer Sale?
No, we will store them for you until the Fall Kids EveryWEAR Sale and sell them then! It's our NEW Rollover Transfer Option! After the Summer Sale, we will only be donating items that we don't accept at our Fall Kids EveryWEAR Sale - adult clothing, large furniture, and large appliances (we allow nursing wear and maternity at all sales). Everything else will be stored and sold at the Fall Sale! This is your big chance to really purge it all!
