The Crew is the heartbeat of our BASH!
All Crew shifts include access to our Sip & Thrift Premier Night-featuring wine, seltzers, charcuterie, and desserts & can return every day we are open. Crew members also enjoy early access to Discount Day!
Status & Shopping Tiers
*Super shifts [S] count as 1.5 regular shifts.
- Marathoner: (6) regular or 4 [S] shifts. Shop very first! Receive 100% commission on first $1200 in sales. (Approval required).
- Diehard: (4) regular or 2 [S] + 1 regular shift. Shop first at Sip & Thrift!
- Super Duper: (3) regular shifts OR (2) [S] shifts. Shop after Marathon Crew.
- Super: (2) regular shifts OR 1 [S] shift. Exclusive hours before Regular Crew.
- Regular: (1) regular shift. Shop the day before consignors.

Crew Roles & Flexibility
- What you'll do: Scanning, sorting, organizing, door duty, or fitting room management. Email us to find your perfect fit!
- Babies & Kids: Newborns are welcome to babywear while you work. We can accommodate almost any schedule! Older kids are not allowed with you during your shift & are not permitted to the Sip 'n Thrift.
- Department Managers: Want to "own" an area and make it amazing? Email us for the inside track on Diehard roles!
Important Details
- Splitting Shifts: Spouses, grandparents, and teens (16+) can work your shifts.
- Bartering: Have a unique talent? Check out Bartering to trade for a pass!
- Strong Helpers: We need folks for setup/breakdown and Holds. Working together earns you double hours!
- Reliable Teens: Teens 16+ can join. (Ages 16-17 start with one shift and request approval for more).
