Dropping off your items for BB

The Basics

  • Flexibility: You are welcome to drop off items at ONE or BOTH of our pre-sale drop-off times!
  • No Appointments: No appointment is needed for our regular drop-offs, and you can make as many trips as you need. Give yourself more than 1 hour.
  • Child Safety: Keep children with you at all times. We enforce a "no playing or riding" rule on the sales floor.
  • Supplies: No tagging or tagging supplies are allowed in the sale space; we provide spare supplies if needed.
  • Dropping for a friend? You need their confirmation email. Take a photo of their shopping pass at Drop-off and text it to them.
  • Special Drop-off: Can't make regular drop-offs? Sign up here ($10 fee, no change in % earned). Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for other times.
  • Drop 'n Go: No time? Want us to put your items out for you? Sign up for Drop 'n Go!

Preparation checklist before leaving home

  • Tag Checks: Double-check tags are correct and Kids EveryWEAR QR code tags. Shake hung items to ensure they don't fall off.
  • Blue Tape: Attach tags with blue painter's tape to high-end items and large items. Add blue tape with your 4-digit code on the bottom of rody ride-ons, exersaucers, or jumperoos.
  • Car Seats: Write EXPIRATION date on front with Red Sharpie. Cannot expire in the next 6 months.
  • Tools: Pack tools to assemble your crib, bed, etc. Consignors must assemble pack 'n plays, teepees, tunnels, and all furniture.
  • Transport & Phone: Bring a labeled wagon, luggage cart, or dolly. Pack your phone for your confirmation email.
  • Cash for Supplies: White cardstock ($1/10), 4" zip ties ($2/100), Large ziplocs ($1/bag), Tag guns ($10).
  • Donations: If you have all white tags, print your donation receipt online here (PDF).

At the sale & inspection

  • Unloading: Pull up to the curb, quickly unload ONLY large items, and immediately move your car to a designated parking spot. Do NOT block the fire lane!
  • Check-in: Go just inside the entrance, pull up your confirmation email, and take a photo of your shopping pass!
  • Checks: We will do a quick tag recheck on each trip. Hang your clothing items on our rolling racks for us to check.
Inspection Items
  • Placement: Place all items in the correct designated places. Once assembled, please exit quickly. No browsing!
  • Security: Our staff will check your bags and bins as you exit.

*Fees: $1 per item for off-season/stained/torn items. Drop 'n Go fee applies if a large amount if items are dropped off in wrong category.

Claim Tickets & High-End Items

Attach tag with blue painters tape in advance. Staple tags to the Claim Ticket we provide at Drop-off.

Secure & High-End Racks:

Attach Claim Tickets to the following items and zip-tie them to our secure racks:

  • $25+ Baby carriers
  • $25+ Diaper bags
  • $25+ Slings
  • $25+ Purses & wallets
  • $25+ Jewelry
  • $25+ Sunglasses
  • $80+ Breast pumps
  • $80+ Baby monitors
  • $80+ Sound machines
  • All smartphones, smartwatches, Kindles, & tablets

*Breast pumps/Brezzas ($80+): Zip tie to rack. Boxed: Double-cross zip ties. Unboxed: Secure parts in Ziploc bags with packing tape.

Large Items (Attach Ticket to item):

Attach Claim Tickets to ALL items larger than a laundry basket:

  • Cribs, Bassinets, Toddler beds
  • Pack 'n Plays
  • Changing tables
  • Highchairs
  • Train tables, Kids' table & chair sets
  • Large outdoor play equipment
  • Teepees, Large dollhouses

  • Easels, Swings, Learning towers

Note: Strollers and wagons require an attached "This Item is for Sale" laminated sign (provided at drop-off).

Preparation & Layout
