Reschedule BB crew slots

Need to reschedule your crew slot?

More than one week before your shop day:

Simply click "Register," run through the process again, deselect the slot you can no longer work, and choose new ones.

One week or less before your shop day:

Use Registration to change your slot, then forward your confirmation email to us with a note explaining which shift you are missing and which one you have picked up to replace it.

Our crew commitment

To ensure a high-quality sale, we require all Crew to fulfill their pledged shifts. Being on time and completing your full shift is vital to our success.

Missed Shifts: If you cannot fulfill your shift, we ask that you reschedule to a makeup slot. In the event a shift is missed and not made up:

  • Consignors: We may deduct $10 per hour missed from your consignor earnings to cover the cost of a replacement worker if you cannot switch to another shift.

Note: We consider extreme extenuating circumstances (such as a death in the family). If you cannot attend the Preview Sale, we still hope you will fulfill your timeslot to ensure we are not short-staffed. Thank you for your sacrificial service!
