Pickup your BB check & unsold items
Critical dates
- Fall 2026 BB Consignor Pickup: Monday, August 10, 3pm-7pm
- Spring 2027 Registration opens: November 15, 2026, 8:00 PM
- Spring 2027 BoutiqueBASH (potential dates): January 22-24, 2027

IMPORTANT: If you have any concerns or need help finding items, see GAIL before leaving the premises. We cannot help you once you leave.
No rollover after the BoutiqueBASH
Items do not roll over from BB to KE or EE. Bring them home and retag to reduce prices for future events, or place them on the "Donations" racks before leaving.
What to bring to pickup
- Documentation: Have your ID and confirmation email (with your code) ready. If picking up for someone else, you MUST show their email AND the photo of their shopping pass from Drop-off to receive their check and items.
- Transport: Bring a wagon, luggage cart, rolling suitcase, stroller, rolling rack, or dolly and bins! Please label these with your name and cell number just in case they get left behind.
- Cash: Bring cash if you want to stock up on tagging supplies.
Can't make it to pickup but want your items?
Send a helper!
They MUST have your confirmation email. Keep in mind that we do not sort adult items, so it might take them a little extra time to find your things.
Pull your items early!
You can pull your items yourself during your shopping time at our discount days! Just show your confirmation email and items to our Exit Door Crew Member. We cannot hold items or manage personal requests for early pickups.
Work a sort shift!
If you can't make it, work a sort shift on Monday morning from 9:30am-2:30pm and grab your items when you finish! If no slots are open, just show up at 9:30am and work until 2:30pm. Plus, you'll earn Crew hours for the sale of your choice!
What to do at pickup
1. Locate your sorted items: Children's clothing, shoes, and accessories are sorted by code. Housewares and toys may be sorted (please ask our Crew!).
2. Pull your unsorted items: Adult clothing, parts/pieces, and unacceptable items are NOT sorted. You will need to pull these yourself, so please give yourself enough time to do so.
3. Check the exception racks: Check the "Items Missing Tags" area for items that have become separated from sets or have lost their tags. You MUST sign the Missing Tag Log to claim items without tags.
4. Final security check: Our Crew must check every item and bag against your code before you leave on every trip out. Please unstack bins and open bags for our Door Crew.
Missing items checklist & email protocol
Missing an item? Please make Gail aware before leaving Pickup! We don't guarantee items, but we will gladly help you look. Run through this checklist first:
- Could the item have been moved to the high-end secure rack?
- Did you buy a Seller Report? Check for fines or items with no description (sometimes we ring things up under a different discount color if it doesn't change the selling price).
- Did you use the correct color cardstock, or were any duplicate tags printed on white paper?
- Did you thoroughly check your sorted clothing row?
- Did you scour the store? Customers move things! Check the boxes/bags sorted area, the parts & pieces shelving, the unacceptable racks, and the missing tags rack.

Ask for an alternate pickup time, ask how to get your check if you missed Pickup (they are mailed the next day), or tell us you forgot Pickup (items are donated at 7pm). ONLY email us about your check if it has been more than three weeks!
Checks & donations
Unsold items not picked up by 7pm are donated. We will make every effort to have checks ready for our consignors at Pickup. Any checks not picked up on-site by 7pm will be mailed to you the following day. There is a $25 stop-payment fee for lost checks.

Seller Reports paid for within the last 24 hours may be delayed.

Print a White Tag Donation Receipt (PDF). Estimate your donation value via the Seller Report.
Supplies & pricing strategies
Cash-only deals at Pickup (Pay Gail):
Grab 4" zip ties (100/pack for $2), White cardstock (20 sheets for $1), Huge Ziploc bags ($1/bag), or a Tag gun ($10).
Mark-down tip for unsold items:
Anytime you have items at Pickup, we request that you retag them and reduce your price by $1 or more if the item didn't sell, as well as change the discount choice from red (full price) to green (50% max) or green to black (75% max) on all returning items. We require that all fields be TYPED into our online tagging system for all of our events. No tag descriptions can be handwritten and no tags can be photocopied.
What if my address has changed?
Please register again using your old house number to pull up your information and change it online. *If discount days have ended, your check has most likely been printed and will have to forward through the USPS system.
