If you send someone else to pick up your items, they MUST have your confirmation email. We do not sort adult items, so they may have difficulty finding yours.

SENDING SOMEONE TO PICK UP YOUR CHECK?

If you want someone else to pick up your check, you do not need to email Gail. They MUST have your confirmation email AND the photo of the shopping pass you took at Drop-off.

Paid Special Pickups of Sorted Items

We are offering paid Special Pickup times for the BoutiqueBASH if you can't make our scheduled Pickup. BoutiqueBASH Special Pick Up is for CHILDREN'S CLOTHING and SHOES ONLY. No adult clothing and/or shoes will be pulled! The cost is $6 to come to special pickup as we have to pay someone to pull your items at normal Pickup and meet you at these times.

The paid Special Pickup times available are:

  • Aug 17th 2-4 pm & August 23rd 10am-12 pm

These are the only available Special Pickup Times if you can't make the free normal pickup listed above.
Any unacceptable items or missing tag items will not be pulled for you. They will automatically be donated and not available at your pickup time. Signup for BB Special Pickup times here.
You must sign up and pay before 3pm on Monday, August 11, or your items will not be pulled for you!

What if my address has changed?

Please register again using your old house number to pull up your information and change it online. *If discount days have ended, your check has most likely been printed and will have to forward through the USPS system.

What to bring to Pickup

  • You may not bring a purse, diaper bag, backpack, or your own bags into Pickup for the BoutiqueBASH.
  • Bring your confirmation email (or have it on your phone) so that you know your code. If you send someone else to pick up your items, they MUST have your confirmation email. Can't find it? Register again and a copy will be emailed to you.
  • Bring a wagon, luggage cart, rolling suitcase, stroller, rolling rack or dolly, and bins will help you transport items to your car. 
  • Bring cash to buy white cardstock or zipties or 2ga ziploc bags.

Any colored tag, unsold items that you wish to pick up will be available at this time.

If you use white tags, your items will be donated before Pickup. 

  • If you are using white cardstock to indicate that you will be donating your unsold items, but you would like to come during Pickup hours to receive your sale earnings check, we encourage you to do so!

What to do at Pickup

  • Pick up your check BY CODE - so know your code!
  • We will hang your sorted children's clothing & children's shoes & children's accessories by code.
  • Get your items if you used colored cardstock. (All white tags will have been donated before Pickup.)
  • If you would like to find and bring home any adult clothing, clothing accessories, houseware or furniture items, you are welcome to do so, but they will not be sorted for the BoutiqueBASH. You will need to pull them yourself, so please give yourself enough time to do so.
  • Check the Items Missing Tags area for items that have become separated from sets or have lost their tags. You must sign for any items you claim as yours.
  • Check Unacceptable items. These are on racks labeled as such near the Items Missing Tags. All items which fail to meet the criteria listed in our Boutique Brands list will not be sorted. (But you didn't bring any, right?!) 
  • Have your bins, bags, and items ALL checked at the door before you leave with any items. Please unstack bins and open bags for our Crew member at the door.

No Rollover after BoutiqueBASH

No items roll over after the BoutiqueBASH. Any items not picked up by the end of Pickup night are donated that evening.

What do I do if I think I am missing an item or have concerns at Pickup?

  • We are sorry, but due to the size of our sales, we do not guarantee items.
  • Please make Gail (not a Crew Member) aware of them before leaving Pickup.
  • Remember, if you have ANY questions about your items or your check amount, only GAIL can help you (Crew can't.)
  • You must see Gail before leaving the premises if you have any issues.

BoutiqueBASH Consignor Pickup Missing Items Checklist

  1. Could it have been moved to the high-end secure rack?
  2. Did you buy a seller report?
    1. Are there any items with no description on your seller report? Please show me. (We may have rung items with a different discount “color” red/green/black when it didn’t change the selling price.)
    2. Are there any fines/unacceptable items listed on your seller report?
  3. Did you use color cardstock? What color?
  4. Were any of your tags at all printed on white cardstock?
  5. Did you print on white cardstock and then use a marker to make the tag a color?
  6. Did you use duplicate tags? Were any of your duplicate tags printed on white paper?
  7. Did you possibly not bring that item or give away that item?
  8. Only children’s items are sorted. They are ALL hanging by consignor CODE. Did you check there? Did you look to see if you had MORE THAN 1 bag there? 
  9. Your item is probably in this store somewhere in the wrong place. Customers are very messy. Items may be in the wrong gender and wrong size and wrong place.  Did you scour these places:
    • Sorted items area
    • Parts & pieces on shelving on concrete
    • Unacceptable items (if 5+ they are fined)
    • Items missing tags (NO TAGS)
    • All adult areas for your unsorted items
      • Housewares
      • Large infant equipment
      • Adult clothing
      • Adult shoes
      • Adult accessories
      • High-end secure racks (we can cut down your items)

Didn’t find your item? We are sorry but we don’t guarantee items.

Gail can’t respond for 2 weeks as we work to wrap up sale details.

  • Please do not email to say you did not know we don't sort your adult clothing, clothing accessories, furniture, and housewares after BoutiqueBASH. You can pull your items on 50% off day or during Pickup.
  • Please do not email to say you forgot Pickup or cannot make it to Pickup. All remaining items are donated at 7pm.
  • Please do not email asking how to get your check if you miss Pickup. Checks are mailed Pickup evening or the following day.
  • Please do not email unless you have not received your check after three weeks. It is taking up to a month for us to get undeliverable checks returned to us.
  • Please do not email asking for an alternate Pickup time.
    • If you need to pick up earlier, you can work a sort shift and take your items after your shift.
    • Or, pay for Special Pickup
    • Or, pull your items during our 50% off day.
    • We simply can't manage personal requests for early pickups. So these are your options. We also can't hold items for later pickups. Thanks for understanding!

Checks

We will make every effort to have checks ready for our consignors at Pickup! We love to save postage! Checks MAY NOT be available at Pickup in the event that we experience any equipment failures. We will email all consignors the day prior to Pick-up if checks will need to be mailed. Thankfully, we have always had them ready in the past.

Want Your Check But You Don't Want to Pick Up Items?

If you are planning to donate all unaccepted items to charity but would like to come during Pickup hours to receive your sale earnings check, we encourage you to do so!

What if I don't come to pick up my check but I didn't use white tags?

Any checks which are not picked up on-site by 7pm on Pickup Day will be mailed to you the following day. Contact us ONLY if you have not received your check two weeks after Pickup.

A few deals you might be interested in at Pickup. Cash only:

  • 4" zip ties (100/pack for $2)
  • White cardstock (10 sheets for $1)
  • Larger-sized Ziploc bags ($1 each)

Mark-down tip if you pick up any unsold items:

Anytime you have items at Pickup, we require that you bring them home and retag them to mark them down right away or change your discount choice/ink color from red to green or green to black by using a NEW TAG if you'd like to try to sell them again at another Kids EveryWEAR event. 

Sort and the Rollover

Some items are not sorted after our BoutiqueBASH. We will not be sorting ladies' or men's clothing or ladies' or men's shoes. These items must be pulled by the consignor if they wish to take them home. If these items are not picked up, they are donated at 7pm on Pickup night. 

There is no rollover after BB. Please pickup all items. All kids color tag clothing will be sorted. No other items will be sorted. This is to allow you to reprice items that did not sell and return them at a lower price and discount choice for KE or EE. KE is our largest sale, so it is totally worth it to retag your items and get them in front of 5000 shoppers at KE! Read more about our Rollover here.

Most people prefer to donate their adult items. Once tagged, very few people plan to wear these items again if they don't sell. We work with fabulous charities in desperate need of your items. You can print your tax donation receipt for your unsold items. You can pay for a Seller's Report in order to estimate your unsold donated item value for tax purposes. Please donate!

Please prepare to locate any items you wish to pick up which are not sorted. Do not send someone to pick up your adult clothing items for you as it would be difficult for them to recognize them as yours.

If you definitely want to pick up your adult unsold items, you can use a very distinctive color/pattern of washi tape or ribbon or electrical tape and fold a piece in half over or tie a ribbon around the neck of each of your hangers to find your items. However, clothing gets tried on and typically does not end up on the hangers it began on.

All unsold items will be donated immediately at 7 pm on Pickup night if not picked up, so please don't forget to get them at Pickup.

What if I lose my check?

We are sorry, but there is a $25 stop-payment fee for lost checks. Please email us to have a new check sent. If you have Paypal or Venmo, let us know!
