Check before you tag: Inspect every item in bright light for stains. Each unaccepted item costs you $1. Seasonal note: At the Spring BoutiqueBASH, no winter holiday clothing (Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas). Summer holiday items are welcome at the August sale. When in doubt, leave it out.

Restock Rules

Restocking involves extra processing and strict time limits. Please read this entire page; you must complete the form at the bottom to participate.

Restock Fees

We deduct 50 cents per item from your check - every item, every kind of restock. This encourages participation in regular Drop-offs and covers the cost of our team inspecting and placing your items.

Know you can't make any of our regular Drop-off times? Use Special Drop-off instead

Restock is for items you find after the regular Drop-offs. If you already know you cannot make any of our regular Drop-off times, do not wait for Restock - sign up for Special Drop-off ($10 fee) instead. Special Drop-off runs before the regular Drop-offs: Saturday, July 25, 10am-12pm and Sunday, August 2, 2pm-4pm.

Presort Checklist

You must PRESORT all clothing by GENDER, SIZE, and TYPE before entering the sale space.

How to sort:

• Kids' clothing: by gender, then size, then new-with-tags vs. gently used.
• Adult clothing: by gender, then type, then size.

Note: Every brand must be on our Boutique Brands chart. Check before you tag.

Quality & Unaccepted Items

Unacceptable items - stains, holes, tears, off-season - are a $1 deduction each. See our Quality Initiative for the full details.

When is Restock?

Earliest Times:

• Join the Crew and bring items during your shift or Crew shopping time - Friday, August 7, 3pm-9pm through Friday, August 7, 5pm-9pm.
• Purchase a Sapphire, Platinum, or Gold Ticket to bring items during the Friday Sip & Thrift - Sapphire Friday, August 7, 4:30pm-9pm, Platinum Friday, August 7, 5pm-9pm, Gold Friday, August 7, 6pm-9pm.
• Friday deadline: all Friday restock items must be in the store by Friday, August 7, by 7pm.
• Crew members may also bring restocks on Consignor Full-Price Shopping Day.

Standard Consignors:

• Drop-offs during Crew shopping hours are not permitted.
• Wait to bring restocks during your specific Consignor shopping time (White vs. Color tag times listed below).
• No late drop-offs on Thursday after Drop-off, or on Friday before your shopping time. No exceptions.
• No restocks allowed after Consignor Full-Price Shopping Day. No exceptions; please do not email requests for special times.
• Restocks must be submitted for inspection at least 2 hours before closing.

Consignor Restock Shopping Times:

*You must enter the normal shopper line; there is no early entry for restocks.

• White Tag: Saturday, August 8, 10am-6pm.
• Color Tag: Saturday, August 8, 11am-6pm.
• Deadline: All Saturday items must be in the store by Saturday, August 8, by 4pm.
• All restock items must be shown to the Restock Crew at the Crew Check-in table for inspection.

Restock Restrictions

What we accept:

• Anything on the Items Accepted List - books included. Books must meet our normal book rules: title on the tag, blue painter's tape on all four sides, original barcode covered, no bagged sets.
• Pricing: Price at 50% or less of retail value. Clothing minimum $5.

Large items:

• We love outdoor playhouses, kitchens, swings, cribs, bikes, wagons, and pack 'n plays. These sell quickly!

Item Check at Check-in Table

Go to the special restock tables upon entry. We inspect items on each trip into the store.

• Our team places every restock item for you - clothing and non-clothing alike. That is what the 50 cents per item covers.
• Hand your items to the Restock Crew at the check-in table; please do not place anything on the sales floor yourself.
• Sort items by gender, size, and type before arrival.

Tagging Requirements:

• Do not tag items in the sales space.
• Claim Ticket items must have tags attached with blue painter's tape before arrival.
• Items must include brand, size, and a 3+ word description.
• No handwritten tags: All tags must be typed via our online system.

Fines:

• We perform a final inspection after you leave. We fine $1 per item for off-season, stained, or torn items, or anything not on our Items Accepted list.

Tax Donation Receipts:

• Print your donation receipt here.

New Consignors

Bring your consignor confirmation email (print or screenshot) to show Gail at restock so your earnings are recorded correctly.
