Brands Accepted

Consignors must review our Brands Accepted Chart for a detailed list of accepted and not accepted brands for our Boutique Bash.

  • The Boutique Bash is an ALL-SEASON sale. We will accept clothing items for Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter!
  • For our Boutique Bash, all items must be priced at $5 or above.
  • Tags must have a piece of tape adhered over the corner before hole punching.
  • All items must be clean, in excellent like-new condition, complete (count all parts & pieces & mark tag "complete"), and include working batteries where applicable.
  • Complete descriptions of 3+ words including brand, color, and description are required and must be typed into our online tag entry system.
  • In an effort to maximize the quality of items at our event and reduce the staff needed to check items, $1 per item will be deducted from your check if you bring 5+ unacceptable items. $10 for each large unacceptable item, such as a crib missing pieces or expired car seats, is also deducted from consignor earnings.

WE NEVER ACCEPT

  • Vintage items.
  • Hand-painted items.
  • Recalled items such as drop-side cribs & items that do not meet the standard lead limits, phthalates standards and toy standards.
  • Stained items or items with broken snaps or zippers, missing parts, etc.; please study the front and back of items carefully.
  • Shoes that are NOT like new; no scuffed toes or footprints, please! 
  • Items manufactured more than 3 years ago.
  • Car seats that have been involved in a car accident or are within 6 months of their expiration date.  
  • Handmade clothing or any handmade items.   
  • Toys WITHOUT working batteries.   
  • Undergarments that are not like new.
  • Baby carriers without this Baby Carrier Disclosure Form completed at Drop-off. 

Kids EveryWear & the Boutique Bash reserves the right to remove items that clearly do not meet these standards and leave them unsorted at the sale end. PLEASE, be respectful of others and do not try to submit unacceptable items into the sale. Kids EveryWEAR & the Boutique Bash also reserves the right to say "no thank you" to any item to maintain the highest standards at our Boutique Bash. Thank you for understanding!

✔️ Unlimited number of excellent condition, freshly laundered boutique, high-end, casual attire and athleisure wear for men.
✔️ Excellent condition, clean, like new, and scuff-free boutique children's shoes - magic eraser works wonders on soles & a paste of baking soda and vinegar cleans fabric shoes well.
✔️ Excellent condition, clean, like new, and scuff-free high-end ladies' & men's shoes.
✔️ Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, or approved cribs, toddler beds & their matching dressers.
✔️ Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, or approved girls, boys, and nursery decor.
✔️ High-end bikes and bike equipment like Thule, etc.
✔️ Boutique toys.
✔️ Canvas teepees.
✔️ High-end backpacks.
✔️ High-end nursing covers.
✔️ High-end infant loungers and organic Boppy covers.
✔️ High-end baby equipment - cribs, highchairs, swings, strollers, mobiles.
✔️ Children's clothing accessories like hair bows or like-new boutique and high-end undies or onesies and other accessories.
✔️ High-end housewares.
✔️ 25 pieces of current or classic (not costume) jewelry

No:

NO brands except those on our approved list (email for approval of brands not on our Boutique Brands Chart)
NO monograms with more than one initial or name
NO scuffed-toe shoes or shoes with footprints inside
NO handmade or hand-painted items
NO stained, worn, torn items - gently used, like new only
NO crib bumpers
NO books
NO rusted bikes - *$10 will be deducted from the consignor check to dispose of unacceptable bikes.
NO toys without working batteries
NO items missing pieces (please count & mark tag "complete")
NO drop-side cribs or other recalled items - *$10 will be deducted from the consignor check to dispose of unacceptable cribs.
NO car seats expiring in the next 6 months (write EXPIRATION date on tag front with a red sharpie) - *$10 is deducted from the consignor check to dispose of unacceptable car seats.

*$1 per item is deducted from the consignor's check to dispose of unacceptable clothing and small items if we pull 5+ unacceptable items in your code.
