We Tag for You

WE TAG IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE AUGUST 2023 BoutiqueBASH. We should reopen in December 2023 for our Spring 2024 event.

Our experienced taggers are ready to tag for you! Just gather and freshly launder an unlimited amount of your high-end best of the best children's, ladies, and men's items on this Brands Accepted list. Initial drop-offs for our August BoutiqueBASH start in June 2023 and happen all through July until we hit our limit. We Tag officially closes for BB on August 6 unless it fills before this date.

Remember, this is our smaller high-end sale. We are also accepting We Tag for our regular Kids EveryWEAR Sale at this time, but you have to pay a separate fee for BB and for KE and complete a separate form for BB and for KE. 

NEW! We are now offering porch pickup for BoutiqueBASH ONLY!

Porch Pickup is an additional $10 Porch Pickup fee. So for just $25, we will come to your location, pick up your items, tag them, and put them out for you! Or for just $15, you can bring your items to the sale location at a time we can meet you, and we will tag them and put them out for you!

No time? Tons of high-end stuff to sell? Don't worry. We've got your back! Arrange for Porch Pickup or drop off your items at our location at South Hills Mall in Cary or one of our taggers' homes. We'll do the work!

We provide the hangers, zip-ties, the white cardstock, the safety pins, the Ziploc bags, any other supplies, and the time, and you get the moola!

You are not guaranteed that we can tag your items until you have paid, completed the form, and dropped the items off with us. Dropping off your items guarantees your spot!


  • Please register for the event with your first initial WITH NO PERIOD JUST THE INITIAL and then your full last name to create a new registration for We Tag use only.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from our registration system that includes your special We Tag code and assigned cardstock color. You will need this confirmation for BB Pickup if you are providing colored cardstock. If you have fall/winter kids items or housewares that roll over to the KE event, you will need to register for KE and save your KE confirmation for KE Pickup as well. And if you have housewares that manage to roll over to the EE event, you will need to register for EE and save your confirmation for EE Pickup as well. So save it as a pdf or flag it! You can always search your email for your code or the words "You are registered" to find your confirmation again.


  • There are no size restrictions or quantity limits for BoutiqueBASH.
  • Carefully adhere to our Brands Accepted.
  • You may bring unlimited high-end, boutique, or sustainable children's, ladies, and men's clothing and shoes, high-end toys, and even high-end housewares and equipment in our Brands Accepted.
  • We are not accepting men's suits or dress shirts or dress pants for the BoutiqueBASH.
  • You pay a $15 non-refundable We Tag supply fee now if you plan to drop off your items at the sale location or your tagger's home.
  • The We Tag for You supply fee covers the cost of hangers, zip ties, cardstock, printing, safety pins, etc., so it is in addition to the consignor fee to sell at our events. 
  • We Tag is now offering a Porch Pickup service. Pay $25 total We Tag fee if you'd like your tagger to provide a one-time pickup of your items. This We Tag fee includes your supply fee + the cost to pick up your items once. Please choose a tagger within 8 miles of your home if you'd like your tagger to pick up your items. 
  • The We Tag supply fee is per event. So if you use We Tag for Kids EveryWEAR (KE) and the EverythingELSE Sale (EE) and Boutique Bash (BB), you will owe $15 separately for KE and an additional $15 separately for EE as well as $15 for BB (or $25 if you choose the pickup service option.)
  • In addition to the $15 We Tag fee, the standard $15 consignor fee (or $10 if you registered during our Early Bird Flash Sale June 7 until June 9 at 10pm) is deducted from your final check for the event.
  • We Tag consignors earn 45% of your total sales instead of the usual 65%. The 45% is calculated first and then your consignor fee is deducted. If you registered for We Tag before or during our Early Bird Discount Time, the consignor fee deducted from your check is just $10.
  • We will print and fill your tags out for you. We will fill out the tag’s description, price, size, etc, and hang your items on hangers, attach tags, put out the items properly, and sell them! 
  • We use black ink to offer the max discount of 75% off for We Tag for You. Items will go to 50% off if they have not sold before the discount day. But we enter them at the max 75% off so the allowable items can roll over to KE and sell at 75% off on the final day of KE.
  • You may come to get your check at Pickup or it is mailed to you that week. Remember, your unsold items will only be available at this time if you provide color tags for them. White Tag items are donated prior to Pickup.
  • You get to shop our Consignor Pre-sale for Full Price and 50% off!


  • If you desire to tag any items on your own and you want them to earn 65% of sales, register for your own code with your full first name and last name to get the code that you can use to tag your own items yourself. If you use your We Tag code, your earnings are calculated at 45%, not 65%. However, you will be charged the consignor fee deducted from your check for both codes. So if you register for a 2nd code, it will be charged a separate $15 fee subtracted from that separate check after 65% is calculated.
  • If you tag extra items yourself under your We Tag code, it will be calculated at 45% We Tag consignor earnings and only the one $15 fee will be taken out of the We Tag code check. Every code requires a separate check and a separate consignor fee.


  • If you want to donate your unsold items at the end of each event, we will provide white cardstock for you.
  • If you want to have colored tags to pick up your unsold items, you must provide enough blank colored cardstock in your assigned cardstock color (see your We Tag registration confirmation email to determine this color) which we will use to print your tags. Twelve tags print per sheet, so please provide enough for all items. If we run out of your cardstock, we will print the remainder of your tags on white cardstock. We are not able to return extra paper. If you provide colored cardstock, you are allowed to select your discount option - full price only, 50% off max, or 75% off max. We will not be offering 75% off for the Boutique Bash but can tag this way so your items can roll over to the KE Sale.
  • If you wish to have us print your tags on your assigned cardstock color and not donate the leftovers at the sale end, you are responsible to go to Pickup to get your leftover items. Any items not picked up are donated that evening if they are not accepted at the Kids EveryWEAR Sale as a rollover item. Sorry, no exceptions. If you wish to pick up rollover items, you are responsible to note the date and time of the Boutique Bash Pickup and get those items then.
  • Have just a few items you don't want to donate? You may mark specific items to have color tags and bring enough color cardstock only for those items. We will provide and print white tags for the remainder of your items.


  • If more than 10% of your items are unacceptable, you will not be permitted to use We Tag in the future. Please read this section carefully to prepare properly.
  • All items must be freshly laundered. Items that have been stored in bins and attics have an odd smell. You must freshly launder all items!
  • Items should be ironed if needed.
  • Please open all boxed items. Count pieces. Add blue painter's tape to mark the item "complete". Include working batteries and test all items.
  • No stains, tears, or smells. Check items near a window to see stains more easily.
  • Wash shoes and toys also. Soles and toys clean up well with a magic eraser!
  • All items must be complete and in working condition. Items requiring batteries must have working batteries or we will donate the item.
  • This is an all-season high-end sale. Carefully check our Brands Accepted chart.
  • Any children's clothing that is not high-end can be tagged for the Kids EveryWEAR event but you will have to sign up and pay a separate We Tag fee for Kids EveryWEAR
  • If you feel strongly about the price of large items, feel free to let us know, and we will use the price you suggest. You may write the price of that large item clearly on blue painter's tape attached to the item and point it out to us at Drop-off.
  • We will email you your WE TAG CODE. Your items must be in boxes or large garbage bags tied shut that we can throw away with your WE TAG consignor code clearly labeled on the boxes or bags. (A plastic bin is fine but you WILL NOT get it back. Please add a piece of tape and write code on the tape, not on the bin.) Please write your code on painter's tape on any items not able to be boxed or bagged.
  • You drop them off during our We Tag for You Drop-off time that you confirm with your tagger. Be sure to note your drop-off location and add your appointment on your calendar as well as your tagger's cell phone number.

Next pay for We Tag services for the desired event(s) here. WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING VENMO.

  • Then complete our BoutiqueBASH We Tag google form. The form ensures you understand the We Tag rules and allows you to confirm your drop-off location. You will need to have decided on your drop-off location to complete the form. (If you'd like to also use We Tag for Kids EveryWEAR, please read the details here.)

  • Once you complete the form, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to confirm that you are good to go, tell us that you paid and that you have completed the form, and tell us the address you picked for your drop-off or your address if you paid $25 to include porch pickup. Please include your first and last name, mailing address, and "We Tag for the August Boutique Bash event" in the email.

  • Your tagger will reply to arrange your drop-off appointment time.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your special We Tag code. Please never use that code to tag any items yourself unless you don't mind them being at the 45% We Tag earnings.

  • The confirmation email is also your SHOPPING PASS for full price and 50% off! You will need it at Pickup to pick up your unsold items at Pickup Day if you choose to provide colored cardstock to your tagger. (*Remember, if you desire to tag any items for EE or even KE and are using We Tag for KE, YOU MUST REGISTER YOURSELF UNDER YOUR FULL FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME AND USE THAT CODE NOT YOUR WE TAG CODE for any items you tag for either sale! Remember, you will have a consignor fee deducted from both checks if you do this.)
  • Your We Tag spot is not confirmed until we have received the fee and the form and you have dropped off your items or arranged for Porch Pickup.

  • We will see you at your appointment at the location you pick and when we arrange with you, so be sure to stop and add it to your calendar with your tagger's cell phone #!
