The Requirements
Post 2 Reels on your IG!
- Add music or a voiceover to your Reel.
- Be sure to spell Kids EveryWEAR as WEAR!
- Make @KidsEveryWEAR a collaborator on your posts.
- Tag @KidsEveryWEAR in your text/caption.
- After posting the reel, immediately share to your Instagram story.
REEL 1: Pre-Sale Hype
(Post between July 10 and August 3 on the specific date we assign you)
Use the content we send you (it's easy!) to hype the dates. Be sure to spell Kids EveryWEAR as WEAR! See the BB ticket schedule See the ticket schedule.
REEL 2: Your Shopping Haul
(Must post Friday, August 7 by midnight - no exceptions!)
Come shop & show us your HAUL & the sale! Please make your second reel caption specific to include the remaining dates of the sale. Find the BB Schedule on its tab for this season View the full schedule spreadsheet.
*If your IG page is private, you must allow us to follow you before posting your reel.

Option 2: Already have a pass?
If you already have a Sapphire, Platinum, or Gold BB ticket, or a BB Crew Pass, you can choose one of these instead:
- $25 KE Bucks (sent via Venmo)
- OR 2.5 crew hours applied towards KE or EE
When do I get my perk?
- We'll send your ticket once your 1st Reel is live!
- If you choose the KE Bucks via Venmo, we will send that the week after the sale.
*Note: Members of the BB Affiliate team cannot participate in the Ambassador program.

What's New for Our BB Crew
Scanning updates
We've updated our scanning steps. Please review carefully:
- Note the counting and banding of clothing hangers with green flag tape.
- When scanning, check the screen after EVERY scan to ensure the item is scanned properly and the price is correct.
- Scan clothing FIRST: Bag it and hand all bags to the customer BEFORE scanning big items.
- Scan big items SECOND: Be slow and careful not to miss any.
- Scan loose smaller items THIRD: Bag as you go!

The Crew is the heartbeat of our BASH!
Work a shift, shop early! The more Crew shifts you do, the earlier you shop! Experience fellowship, new friends, and the ultimate perk: FIRST PICK of all the greatest bargains before the public. All Crew gets exclusive access to our Sip & Thrift Premier Night featuring wine, charcuterie, and desserts!
Choose Your Status & Shop Early
Status is based on your shift commitment. A super shift [S] counts as 1.5 regular shifts - mix and match to reach your tier.
- Marathoner: 6 regular shifts. Shop very first, at the Sip & Thrift! Plus 100% commission on your first $1,200.
- Diehard: 4 regular shifts. First dibs!
- Super Duper: 3 regular shifts.
- Super: 2 regular shifts (or a $100 ticket).
- Regular: 1 regular shift (or a $50 ticket).

Never helped before? The Crew enjoys fellowship, new friends, and FIRST PICK OF ALL THE GREATEST BARGAINS! Imagine shopping in a nearly empty store with shorter lines and all the good stuff still ripe for the picking.
Roles & Flexibility
- What you'll do: Scanning, organizing, sorting, breakdown, door duty, or fitting rooms. Email us to find your perfect fit!
- Babies & Kids: Newborns are welcome to babywear if you can successfully complete your obligations. We can accommodate almost any schedule!
- Department Managers: Want to "own" an area and make it beautiful? Email us for the inside track on Diehard roles!
- Splitting Shifts: Spouses, grandparents, and teens can work your shifts - anyone 18+ freely, and 16-17-year-olds can work one shift and then request approval for more. Everyone must be able to stand and stay active for the full shift.
- Strong Helpers: We need folks for setup/breakdown and Holds. Partner hours count for you!
- Bartering: Have a unique talent? Check out Bartering to trade for a shop early pass!
Important Details
- Discount Day: Sunday shopping starts at 1pm for Crew.
- Entry Rules: No purses, diaper bags, or backpacks. Small wallets and belt bags only.
- Guests: Crew can bring spouse, children, parents, OR 1 friend in lieu of family on discount day. Only family on full-price days. One friend, one condition: they come in with you. Your friend can’t enter without you there — but you don’t have to shop side by side.
- Sip & Thrift: Adults only! No children permitted. Teens 13+ welcome with an adult.
- Little Ones: Children 3 and under must be in a stroller, wagon, or babyworn while shopping.

Supplies & Services
- Home cooking: We need delicious meals for our Crew! View meal signup here.
- Large shopping bags: Earn 6 hours of credit per box of 500 new, thick bags (approx. 22x12x36 and 23.5 microns thick). No grocery-sized bags. Print this supply request letter to ask retailers for donations.
- Children's hangers: Earn a 5-hour shift for 200 children's clip pant hangers (fixed metal clips, no yellowing, small/medium size).
- Printing/posters: Do you work for a printer? We need 18x24 posters.
Professional Skills
- Web & tech: Improve our Joomla site or help as a Perl programmer.
- Admin help: Proofreading, website editing, and posting to community calendars.
- Photography: Are you a professional? Take and edit event photos using our presets.

Reschedule BB Crew Slots
Life happens — need to reschedule your Crew slot?
More than one week before your shop day:
Simply click "Register," run through the process again, deselect the slot you can no longer work, and choose new ones.
One week or less before your shop day:
Use Registration to change your slot, then forward your confirmation email to us with a note explaining which shift you are missing and which one you have picked up to replace it.
Our crew commitment
To ensure a high-quality sale, we require all Crew to fulfill their pledged shifts. Being on time and completing your full shift is vital to our success.
Missed Shifts: If you cannot fulfill your shift, we ask that you reschedule to a makeup slot. In the event a shift is missed and not made up:
- Consignors: We may deduct $10 per hour missed from your consignor earnings to cover the cost of a replacement worker if you cannot switch to another shift.
- Non-Consignors: Please Venmo kidseverywear $10 per missed hour within 24 hours if you cannot switch to another shift.
Note: We consider extreme extenuating circumstances (such as a death in the family). If you cannot attend the Preview Sale, we still hope you will fulfill your timeslot to ensure we are not short-staffed. Thank you for your sacrificial service!
