Critical dates
- Kids EveryWEAR Sale pickup: Tuesday, September 29, 4-8pm
- EverythingELSE Sale pickup (for your rollover items): Tuesday, October 27, 4-8pm
- Spring 2027 Registration opens: November 15, 2026, 8:00 PM
- Spring 2027 Kids EveryWEAR Sale (potential dates): March 5-21, 2027

IMPORTANT: If you have ANY questions about your items or your check amount, only GAIL can help you (our Crew cannot). You must see Gail before leaving the premises if you have concerns or need help finding items. We cannot assist you once you leave!
What to bring to pickup
- Confirmation email: Bring it printed or pulled up on your phone so you have your code and can grab your check! If you send a helper, they MUST have your email to get your items, and they MUST have a photo of your Drop-off shopping pass to get your check. Can't find your email? Search your inbox for your code, or register again.
- Identification: We need to see your ID to hand over your check.
- Transport: Bring a wagon, luggage cart, rolling suitcase, stroller, rolling rack, or dolly and bins! Please label these with your name and cell number just in case they get left behind.
- Cash: Bring cash if you want to stock up on tagging supplies.
Can't make it to pickup but want your items?
Send a helper!
They MUST have your confirmation email. Keep in mind that we do not sort adult items, so it might take them a little extra time to find your things.
Pull your items early!
You can pull your items yourself during your shopping time at our 50% off or 75% off sale! Just show your confirmation email and items to our Exit Door Crew Member. We cannot hold items or manage personal requests for early pickups, so this is a great alternative.
Work a sort shift!
If you can't make it, work a sort shift on Monday or Tuesday morning from 9:30am-2:30pm and grab your items when you finish! If no slots are open, just show up at 9:30am and work until 2:30pm. Plus, you'll earn Crew hours for the sale of your choice!
Paid special pickups of sorted items
We offer paid Special Pickup times for the Kids EveryWEAR Sale! For just $6, we will pay someone to pull your items during normal Pickup and meet you at one of these specific times:
- Saturday, October 3, 10am-12pm
- Sunday, October 4, 2pm-4pm
Please note: These are the ONLY available Special Pickup times, and any unacceptable or missing-tag items will be automatically donated and not pulled for you.

What to do at pickup
1. Locate your sorted items: Kids clothing, shoes below size 4, and clothing accessories are sorted by consignor code (look for the 1000's, 2000's signs!). Bagged infant shoes and accessories will be hanging with your clothing code. Can't find your code? Ask a Crew Member. If they can't locate it, see Gail! We have sort codes hanging for everyone-even if you sold out completely!
2. Check the exception racks: Always check the "Items Missing Tags" area (you must sign for anything you claim) and the "Stained/Torn/Off-season" racks. Any items failing to meet our Items Accepted list are pulled here, and you are fined $1 per item on your Seller Report. Don't forget to peek at Lost & Found, too!
3. Rollovers & white tags: All colored tag items you wish to pick up are available at this time ONLY. All other items (toys, equipment, etc.) roll over to the EverythingELSE Sale-even if you don't register for it! (Fee to sell at EE is $20, so tag more!). If you used white tags, any non-rollover items will be donated before Pickup. Read more about Rollover Items here.
4. Donating unsold items? If you used white cardstock but want to come during Pickup to grab your check, we highly encourage it! Print your Tax Donation Receipt (PDF) and read more about Donating Your Unsold Items.
5. Final security check: Grab your check by showing your code and ID! Then, make sure ALL your bins, bags, and items are checked at the door before you leave. Please open your bags and unstack your bins for our Door Crew.
Missing items checklist & email protocol
Missing an item? Please make Gail aware before leaving Pickup! We don't guarantee items, but we will gladly help you look. Run through this checklist first:
- Could the item have been moved to the high-end secure rack?
- Did you buy a Seller Report? Check for fines or items with no description (sometimes we ring things up under a different discount color if it doesn't change the selling price).
- Did you use the correct color cardstock, or were any duplicate tags printed on white paper?
- Did you possibly forget to bring the item, or give it away?
- Did you thoroughly check your sorted children's clothing row and look for MORE THAN 1 box?
- Did you scour the store? Customers move things! Check the boxes/bags sorted area, the parts & pieces shelving, the unacceptable racks (DVDs/games without cases go here), and the missing tags rack.

Tell us you didn't know items would roll over (you can pull them on 75% off day!), ask for an alternate pickup time, ask how to get your check if you missed Pickup (they are mailed the next day), or tell us you forgot Pickup (items are donated at 8pm). ONLY email us about your check if it has been more than three weeks!
Checks
We love to save postage, so we make every effort to have checks ready on-site! We will post to the Consignor FB Group when they are printed, and we will email you the day before Pickup if equipment failures require us to mail them instead. Thankfully, we've always had them ready!
Missing Pickup?
Any checks not picked up by 8pm will be mailed the following day (even if you used white tags or plan to donate!). Contact us ONLY if you haven't received it two to three weeks after Pickup.
Lost your check?
There is a $25 stop-payment fee for lost checks. Email us to request a new check, or provide your Venmo details (including the last 4 digits of your phone number) so we can send it electronically!
Supplies & pricing strategies
Cash-only deals at Pickup:
Grab 4" zip ties (100/pack for $2), White cardstock (10 sheets for $1), Large Ziploc bags ($1/bag), or a Tag gun ($10).
Mark-down tip for unsold items:
There is no longer a sticker option for tags. If you bring returning items home, we highly recommend you retag them, drop the price by $1+, and bump up the discount (e.g., full price to 50% max, or 50% to 75% max). This is a proven strategy for returning consignors!
