*If you need to pick up earlier, you can work a sort shift and bring your items home at the end of your shift. Or, pull your items during our 75% off day. We can't manage personal requests for early pickups. So these are your options or you can pay for one of our Special Pickup Times. We also can't hold items for later pickups. Can't make it to Pickup but want your items?

SENDING SOMEONE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS?
If you send someone else to pick up your items, they MUST have your confirmation email. We do not sort adult items, so they may have difficulty finding yours.
 
SENDING SOMEONE TO PICK UP YOUR CHECK?
If you want someone else to pick up your check, you do not need to email Gail. They MUST have your confirmation email AND the photo of the shopping pass you took at Drop-off.
 
CAN'T SEND ANYONE & YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS?
You can pull your items during our 50% off sale or 75% off sale. You must show your confirmation email and items to our Crew Member at the Exit door to take your items.

If you can't make it, work a sort shift on Monday or Tuesday morning 930-230 and get your items at the end of your shift.
If no sort shifts are open, show up at 930am and work until 230pm. You earn crew hours for the sale of your choice too!

Paid Special Pickups of Sorted Items

We are offering paid Special Pickup times for the Kids EveryWEAR Sale if you can't make our scheduled Pickup. The cost is $6 to come to special pickup as we have to pay someone to pull your items at normal Pickup and meet you at these times.
The times available for paid Special Pickups are:

  • Sunday, September 28, 2pm-4pm
  • Saturday, October 4, 10am-12pm

These are the only available Special Pickup Times if you can't make the free normal pickup listed above.
I understand that any unacceptable items or missing tag items will not be pulled for me. They will automatically be donated and not available at your pickup time.

What to bring to Pickup

  • Bring your confirmation email (or have it on your phone) so that you know your code and can get your check. If you send someone else to pick up your items, they MUST have your confirmation email. And in order to get your check, they MUST have the photo of your pass from Drop-off. Can't find your email? Search your email for your code. If this doesn't work, register again.
  • Bring your ID to get your check.
  • Bring something to transport your items - a wagon, luggage cart, rolling suitcase, stroller, rolling rack, or dolly and bins. Label these with your name and cell # in case you leave them behind.
  • Bring cash to buy cardstock or zip-ties, $2 per 100 zip-ties or 20 sheets of cardstock or $1 for huge ziploc bags.

Any colored tag unsold items that you wish to pick up will be available at this time only. Please read the details carefully about which items we sort.

If you use white tags, your items that do not roll over to the EverythingELSE Sale will be donated before Pickup. Rollover items are left in place for the next event and are not donated until after the next event.

  • If you are using white cardstock to indicate that you will be donating your unsold items, but you would like to come during Pickup hours to receive your sale earnings check, we encourage you to do so!

What to do at Pickup

  • Colored tag clothing, shoes below a size 4, and clothing accessories are sorted by consignor code after the Kids EveryWEAR Sale. All other items are left in place to roll over to the EverythingELSE Sale even if you do not register for EverythingELSE. If you sell roll-over items at EverythingELSE, 65% is calculated and then a $20 consignor fee is deducted to calculate your check. The fee is $20 to sell at EE, so tag more!!!
  • Kids clothing items are sorted by consignor code after the Kids EveryWEAR Sale. There is a separate section for each set of thousands of codes (1000's, 2000's, etc.) clearly labeled with signs! Find your code along the row and your items to the right of your code. If you don't see your code ask a KE Crew member for assistance. If they don't see your code, SEE GAIL.
  • We have sort codes hanging for all registered consignors even if consignors sold all their items! If yours is missing, you must see us for assistance. If a Crew Member can't find your items with you, please see Gail before leaving. We do not guarantee items, but we do try to help locate them if needed.
  • If you had unsold shoes size crib shoe-size 3 or unsold clothing accessories, these are bagged and hanging on a hanger with your clothing sort code.
  • Check the Items Missing Tags area for items that have become separated from sets or have lost their tags. You must sign for any items you claim as yours.
  • Check Stained/Torn/Off-season/Outdated items. These are on labeled racks near the Items Missing Tags. All items which fail to meet the criteria listed in our Items Accepted list will not be sorted. (But you didn't bring any, right?!) If you brought 5+ unacceptable items, they are listed on your Seller Report and you are fined $1 per item. Some items are donated immediately if they do not meet our Items Accepted. See chart for details.
  • Check Lost & Found for items left behind during the sale.
  • Have your bins, bags, and items checked at the door before you leave. Please unstack bins and open bags for our KE Door Crew members.
  • Pick up your check BY CODE by showing your confirmation email and ID- so know your code!
  • Have your bins, bags, and items ALL checked at the door before you leave with any items. Please unstack bins and open bags for our KE Door Crew members.

What do I do if I think I am missing an item or have concerns at Pickup?

Please make Gail (not a Crew Member) aware of them before leaving Pickup! Remember, we do not guarantee items, but we will try to assist you in locating any items you are missing as time allows.

*Remember, if you have ANY questions about your items or your check amount, only GAIL can help you ( Crew can't.)
You must see Gail before leaving the premises if you have any issues.

KE Consignor Pickup Missing Items Checklist

  • Could it have been moved to the high-end secure rack?
  • Did you buy a seller report?
  • Are there any items with no description on your seller report? Please show me. (We may have rung items with a different discount “color” red/green/black when it didn’t change the selling price.)
  • Are there any fines/unacceptable items listed on your seller report?
  • Did you use color cardstock? What color?
  • Were any of your tags at all printed on white cardstock?
  • Did you print on white cardstock and then use a marker to make the tag a color?
  • Did you use duplicate tags? Were any of your duplicate tags printed on white paper?
  • Did you possibly not bring that item or give away that item?
  • Only children’s clothing, shoes < size 4, and accessories are sorted. They are ALL boxed or laying on to the right in rows by consignor CODE.
    • Did you check there?
    • Did you look to see if you had MORE THAN 1 box there?
  • Your item is probably in this store somewhere in the wrong place. Customers often put items in the wrong place. Items may be in the wrong gender and wrong size and wrong place.  Did you scour these places:
    • Boxes/bags sorted items area
    • Parts & pieces on shelving on concrete
    • Unacceptable items (if 5+ they are fined) – DVDs, games without cases are there
    • Items missing tags (NO TAGS)

Gail can’t respond for 2 weeks as we work to wrap up sale details.

  • Please do not email to say you did not know your infant equipment, toys, housewares, and books would automatically roll over to the EverythingELSE Sale. You may pull your items on 75% off day if you do not wish them to roll over.
  • Please do not email to say you forgot Pickup or cannot make it to Pickup. All remaining items are donated at 8pm.
  • Please do not email asking how to get your check if you miss Pickup. Checks are mailed the following day.
  • Please do not email unless you have not received your check after three weeks. It is taking up to a month for us to get undeliverable checks returned to us.
  • Please do not email asking for an alternate Pickup time. If you need to pick up earlier, you MUST watch our fb group for consignors for a notification that we are ready. We post to our fb group as soon as we are ready. Or, pull your items during our 75% off day. We simply can't manage personal requests for early pickups. So these are your options. We also can't hold items for later pickups. Thanks for understanding!

Checks

We will make every effort to have checks ready for our consignors at Pickup! We love to save postage! Checks MAY NOT be available at Pickup if we experience any equipment failures. We will email all consignors the day before Pickup if checks need to be mailed. Thankfully, we have always had them ready in the past. We post to the FB Group for Consignors when checks are printed so that consignors know they will be available at Pickup.

Any checks that are not picked up on-site by Pickup Day at 8 pm will be mailed to you the following day. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ONLY if you have not received your check by three weeks after Pickup.

Want Your Check But You Don't Want to Pick Up Items?

If you plan to donate all unaccepted items to charity but would like to come during Pickup hours to receive your sale earnings check, we encourage you to do so!

What if I don't come to pick up my check but I didn't use white tags?

Any checks that are not picked up on-site by 8 pm on Pickup Day will be mailed to you the following day. Contact us ONLY if you have not received your check two weeks after Pickup.

A few deals you might be interested in at Pickup. Cash only:

  • 4" zip ties (100/pack for $2)
  • White cardstock (10 sheets for $1)
  • Large ziploc bags ($1 per bag)

Mark-down tip if you pick up any unsold items:

There is no longer be a sticker option for tags. If you have tags with our stickers, you can still bring them until the end of Fall 2025. Anytime you have items at Pickup, we request that you retag them and reduce your price by $1 or more if the item didn't sell as well as change the discount choice from red (full price) to green (50% max) or green to black (75% max) on all returning items. This is a great pricing strategy for returning consignors!

Pickup at the EverythingELSE Sale

After our EverythingELSE Sale, we only sort children's items including toys, infant equipment, books, and indoor/outdoor equipment. We will not be sorting furniture and items specific only to the EverythingELSE Sale not accepted at our kids sale, housewares, shoes, clothing, or clothing accessories after our EverythingELSE Sale.

Most people prefer to donate their adult items. Once tagged, very few people plan to wear these items again if they don't sell. We work with fabulous charities in desperate need of your items. We can give you a tax donation receipt for your unsold items. You can also pay for a Seller's Report (See Print Tags for more details about the Seller's Report) to estimate your unsold donated item value for tax purposes. Please donate!

Please prepare to locate any items you wish to pick up. Do not send someone to pick up your unsorted items and adult clothing items for you as it would be difficult for them to recognize them as yours.

If you definitely want to pick up your adult unsold items, you can use a very distinctive color/pattern of washi tape or ribbon or electrical tape and fold a piece in half over or tie a ribbon around the neck of each of your hangers to more easily find your items.

All unsold items will be donated immediately at the sale end if not picked up, so please don't forget to get them at Pickup.

What if I lose my check?

We are sorry, but there is a $25 stop-payment fee for lost checks. Please email us to have a new check sent. If you have Paypal or Venmo let us know your account details. For Venmo, we also need your last 4 digits of the phone number on the account.
