We have no item limits. Minimum price on Clothing is $2. No other minimum prices.
Some items rollover after KE. Read Pickup page for details. All non-rollover items must be picked up by close of Pickup or will be donated.

Is a clothing item Summer or Winter?
For our Fall/Winter sale: no linen, no madras, no seersucker, no gauze, no lightweight beach pants, no terry cloth, no above knee pants, no "cold shoulder" or off-shoulder shirts, no sleeveless shirts not even ones that could be worn under a sweater, no cap-sleeves that get shorter on the underside near seam, no clothing with open belly, no ruffle/butterfly sleeves, no eyelet, no shorts except boys 7+, no bathing suits. Short-sleeved/shorts pajamas must include the matching full-length pants. These are just examples, so we may remove other items from the racks as well if Crew deems them off-season.
Because clothing rack space is very limited and shoppers only want to shop through so much clothing, we only take items designed for winter at our Fall/Winter EE Sale. So if you had to pick if your item is a Summer item most suitable for a NC July day or a Winter item suitable for a NC December day, err on the side of caution please and just bring them to the appropriate sale. Ask yourself,
- "Is this item TYPICALLY WORN IN SUMMER but some people wear it in Winter?" If it is more typically worn in Summer, then do not bring it to our Fall/Winter Sale.
At our Kids EveryWEAR Spring/Summer Sale we do not accept long-sleeved shirts except thin long-sleeved t-shirts clearly worn in NC summer in July as well as boys light-colored pastel/white thin-weight summer dress shirts; NO thermal waffle weave shirts, NO flannel shirts, NO dark colored long-sleeved shirts, NO turtlenecks, NO fleece, and NO winter holiday patterns. We do accept sweatshirts and hoodies.
Ask yourself,
- "Is this item DESIGNED or INTENDED FOR WINTER?" If it is designed for Winter, then do not bring it to our Spring/Summer Sale.
Our Spring/Summer KE Sale is usually held in February/March and our Fall/Winter KE Sale is usually held in September.

- Apple Watches must be Apple Watch Series 10, Ultra 2, or SE 2nd Gen
- For KE, TVs can be 20" or smaller flat screen and must have HDMI connection. We cannot accept older CRT or plasma TVs due to size and compatibility limitations. All TVs must be in good working condition, include a functioning remote, and have the necessary power and HDMI cables.
- We accept 20" or smaller monitors that are 5 years old or newer, featuring LCD or LED displays with at least 1080p resolution. Monitors should have HDMI or DisplayPort connections and be in excellent working condition with all cables included. Unfortunately, we cannot accept CRT or VGA-only models.
- We accept routers that are no more than 4-5 years old, support Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) or newer, and offer dual-band or tri-band connectivity. Mesh systems are welcome. Please include all necessary cables and power adapters. Unfortunately, outdated models without WPA2 or WPA3 security will not be accepted.
- We accept Apple TV models that are within the last 5 years (Apple TV HD or newer). All devices must include the remote, power cord, and be fully functional. Earlier models without App Store access will not be accepted. The models allowed are Apple TV 4K (Wi-Fi) and Apple TV 4K (Wi-Fi + Ethernet).
- No iPods are accepted.
These items must be complete and marked "Counted/complete" or "Verified Complete" on tag
Why Does My Seller Report List a Fine
If you brought 5+ unacceptable items, your fine deducted from your check is listed on your Seller Report.
*About Fines: We offer grace in that we do not fine until someone hits 5 items. If you disagree about an item but had 5+ items pulled, we are sorry but there are not exceptions to this rule. We can mark item tags "accepted" at Drop-off if your item is questionable. But we ask that you err on the side of the other season if you are unsure if an item is appropriate for this season.
For KE events, no adult sizes XS, S, 000 or larger. Only kids sizes preemie-14/16/18/20
No outdated items, yellowing, bleach spots, tiny holes, tiny stains, neck ring.
Clothing at KE must be priced at and worth $2 and up or it will be pulled. Toys must contain working batteries and be checked and marked "COMPLETE".
All items must be clean, in excellent condition, complete, and with working batteries! No vintage or handpainted items or items in need of repair or parts.A fee of $1 per item will be deducted from your check if we find that you bring 5+ unacceptable items. |

The following accepted stuffed animals go in shelving units or Shoe Pockets on the back of Book Cases at Books and MUST BE like-new/gently used: 2+' stiff Melissa & Doug stuffed animals (no other brands and not the squishy huge ones) with a restriction. M&D sells them for $119.99 BUT Amazon sells some new for $55. In the past, they didn't sell well at KE as the retail is so high that people tend to overprice them. So I believe they need to be priced at about half max of the lowest available retail price for a new one. We will donate all other stuffed animals and will not return them.
