Ways to shop

Public shoppers: You will need a ticket (free options or early pay options are available) for each day you plan to shop-full price, 50% off, and 75% off.

Crew: Register for a shift to help the Crew for just 5 hours and shop super early! The more you help, the earlier you shop!

Consignors: Consign and shop next! Consignors & Crew do not need tickets; your confirmation email is your ticket. Consignors can also do Crew or buy a Sapphire, Platinum, or Gold Ticket to shop before Consignor shopping day.

Follow your GPS to 1213 Buck Jones Rd (South Hills Mall). Look for the Roses store! When you are in the parking lot facing Roses, drive to the left. Park near our EverythingELSE banner and the ENTER sign. This is the ONLY entrance for the sale! You cannot enter from within the mall.

Pro-Tip: If you end up at the Asian Market, you are on the wrong side of the mall. Drive around to the opposite side to find us!

Shopping details & policies

All bags are checked at exit. Small purses only!
Presales: Read ticket details on our Sale Schedule.
Bring your own wheels! Bring a wagon, stroller, or laundry basket. We also sell huge Ikea bags for $2.
Fitting Rooms: Test items, count parts, and hang unwanted items neatly for the Crew.
Holds Area: For items you are 100% certain you will purchase. Please do not put items in Holds that you might change your mind about.

Payment details

We accept Cash, MasterCard, and Visa (with ID), as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Sorry, no checks, AMEX, or Discover.

All Sales Final: No returns or exchanges! Please open and test batteries/plug-in items at our Inspection Station by the Fitting Rooms.

Claim tickets & quick tips

Large items

Fill out the top portion of the Claim Ticket. Keep the bottom portion while you shop.
Give your ticket to the Crew member at checkout. You must show your stamped receipt at the door to remove the item.
Large items can be held overnight if paid for (except on our final sale day).

Family rules

Bring a list, wear comfy shoes, and pack snacks/water.
We love kids, but your trip is faster without them. If you bring them, they must stay with you at all times. Kids 3 and under must be in a stroller or wagon.
We do check all bags and bins as you exit.

Gold: Early entry for Full Price Day only.
Silver: Bundled to get you in early on BOTH 50% off Day AND 75% off day (no full price days).
$5 & Free Tickets: Available for specific days; you need a separate ticket for each day you want to shop.
* One ticket covers you + spouse, parents, parents-in-law, & children.

Consignor Shopping Times

Consignors do not need a ticket for Consignor times, but you may purchase one to shop even earlier! Learn more about consigning here.
