Wait! Are You At The Right Sale?

We host three distinct events.

We curate our sales floor to ensure your items have the best chance of selling. Our Crew checks all items; where space allows, we will hold unaccepted items for Pickup.

Because space is limited, we may need to donate unaccepted items prior to Pickup. Thank you for double-checking your items at home—it helps us keep the sale amazing for everyone!

When is restock?

Crew & Presale Ticket Entry: Bring restocks during your scheduled organizing shift, Crew shopping time, or if you purchased a Sapphire, Platinum, or Gold Ticket.

Standard Consignors: Wait to bring restocks during your specific Consignor shopping time (White vs. Color tag times).

• Strict Deadline: No restocks after Consignor Full-Price Shopping Day. Please plan ahead; we cannot make exceptions.
• Restocks must be in for inspection at least 2 hours before closing.

Consignor Restock Shopping Times:

• White Tag: Sunday, October 18, 2pm-6pm.
• Color Tag: Sunday, October 18, 3pm-6pm.
• All restock items must be shown to the Restock Crew for inspection.

Presort Checklist

Please PRESORT by GENDER, TYPE, and SIZE before entering.

Sort by these sizes:

• ✅ Ladies/Jr: XXS-5X, 00-26.
• ✅ Mens: XS-XXXL; Pants: 26-50; Dress Shirts: 14-19.5 neck.
• ✅ Separate: Maternity, Lululemon/Athleta, Anthropologie/Free People, and All-Cotton Graphic Tees. *Alert the Crew to these special categories so we can stamp your tags!

Restock Restrictions

• What we accept: Anything on the Items Accepted List EXCEPT books.
• Pricing: Price at 50% or less of retail. Clothing minimum price $4.
• Discounts: All items MUST have the Max 75% off discount option.
• Large Items: You can use colored or white tags and max discount for equipment $15+.

Item check at check-in table

We perform a thorough check on each trip into the store.

• Hang clothing on Restock racks; place small items on tables.
• Crew will count/check clothing; you place your own non-clothing items.
• Tagging: All fields must be typed (no handwritten tags) & corner taped. Include brand, size, and 3+ word description.

Inspection

Check items for stains, tears, or off-season status before arrival. Fees apply for unacceptable items ($1/item).
