October 2026 Changes & Updates

• Find where your item goes: our Item Finder shows where each non-clothing item goes at Drop-off.
• Tagging Gear: Standard pin tag guns are sold at Drop-off, Pickup, and during the sale for $10.
• Brand Restrictions: Not accepting Alfred Dunner, Basic Editions, Cherokee, Croft & Barrow ladies’ elastic-waist pants, Faded Glory, Merona, Mossimo, Romwe, Shein, Temu, White Stag, or any brands not in existence in the last 3 years.
• Seasonality: At Fall EE the only capris allowed are below-the-knee athletic capri leggings; all other capris and all visors are Spring EE only.
• Drop-off Deadlines: Items must be in the store by 5pm on 1st/2nd Drop-off days and by 7pm on 3rd Drop-off. You have an additional hour to place them on the sales floor.
• Quality Initiative: Unaccepted items (stains, holes, tears, off-season) incur a $1 deduction per item. You can ask us to stamp NWT clothing approved at Drop-off. Read more here.
• Pickup: Both white and color-tag unaccepted items will be available at Pickup.
• Tagging Requirements: All fields must be TYPED into our online system-no handwritten or photocopied tags. Tape the top-left corner before hole punching (don't cover the QR code).
• Restocks: Restocks allowed only until 6pm on Consignor Full Price shopping day. Restocks have rules, restrictions, and a cost.
• Remember, how to attach your tags: a zip tie is always your first choice when the item allows, so if a zip tie can be used, you must use one, not a tag gun. Don't pull it too tight, or it rips through the tag and the tag falls off. Tag gun: use this only if there is nowhere to loop a zip tie, with TWO tag pins through the taped tag corner, in the seam only. Safety pin: your absolute last resort if a zip tie or tag gun will not work. Tag guns are sold at Drop-off, Pickup, and during the sale for $10, or order one from our Supplies page.
