Slots are available in 1-hour increments during these times:
- Sunday, October 11, 11:30am - 1:30pm
- Monday, October 12, 10:00am - 12:00pm
- Tuesday, October 13, 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Wednesday, October 14, 11:30am - 7:00pm
- Thursday, October 15, 11:00am - 7:00pm
*Note: You cannot quality check during Crew shifts. Do not take a quality shift if you are scheduled for a Crew shift at that time!
Why are we doing this?
We want to be a place you trust to sell your items and shoppers trust to buy them! With over 1,000 consignors, even one flawed item per person means over 1,000 unbuyable items crowding the racks. Our goal is to clear out unacceptable items so your high-quality items shine and sell for what they are worth!
The care we take
We know seeing deductions on your seller report is frustrating. Please know our team puts incredible care into this process. Three to four pairs of eyes verify every single pulled item.
If a flaw looks like floor dust or a quick fix, we try to save it! If there is any doubt that a stain will easily wash out, the item stays on the rack to sell.
Pro-tip & NWT items
Even New With Tags (NWT) items are checked carefully, as they often come with store damage or inner staining. Our venue's back lighting is excellent. Take one last look under the bright lights as you put items out!
At Drop-off, you can request an on-the-spot stain check for your New With Tag adult items so they can be stamped approved right then and there.
How it affects consignors
Any unaccepted item (stains, holes, tears, off-season) will result in $1 deducted from your check, as we pay that $1 to the shopper who found it.
What happens to these items?
Unacceptable items are held until the end of Pickup for you to retrieve. If you do not pick them up, they are donated to local charities like the World Help Foundation, the Carolina Care Center, and the Wake Local Reentry Council.
Earn KE Bucks while you shop
Find an obvious stain on clothing that clearly came in that way? Bring it to GAIL'S TABLE before checkout, and we will give you $1 in KE Bucks PER ITEM to deduct from your total.
(Note: We only pay for stains present at drop-off, not fitting room makeup/deodorant or floor dust.)
How to redeem:
Turn in your KE Bucks to the Cashier at checkout to have the amount deducted from your total.

Ways to shop
Public shoppers: You will need a ticket (free options or early pay options are available) for each day you plan to shop-full price, 50% off, and 75% off. (Tickets launch September 30 at 8pm).
Crew: Register for a shift to help the Crew for just 5 hours and shop super early! The more you help, the earlier you shop!
Consignors: Consign and shop next! Register again to choose those opportunities on our website. Consignors & Crew do not need tickets; your confirmation email is your ticket to full price and discount days. Consignors can also do Crew or buy a Sapphire, Platinum, or Gold Ticket to shop before Consignor shopping day.

Follow your GPS to 1213 Buck Jones Rd (South Hills Mall). Look for the Roses store! When you are in the parking lot facing Roses, drive to the left. Park near our EverythingELSE banner and the ENTER sign. This is the ONLY entrance for the sale! You cannot enter from within the mall.
Pro-Tip: If you end up at the Asian Market, you are on the wrong side of the mall. Drive around to the opposite side to find us!

We go live to give you a store tour after 3rd drop-off and each night of the sale! And we post stories each day starting at 1st Drop-off to offer sneak peaks of the amazing finds in store for you!
Shopping details & policies
- All bags are carefully checked at exit. Small purses only please! Please do not bring purses larger than a small belt bag or backpacks or diaper bags.
- Presales: Read details and ticket options on our Sale Schedule.
- Bring your own wheels! Shoppers are encouraged to bring a ton of reusable bags and a wagon or empty stroller. We also sell HUGE Ikea bags for $2. A laundry basket is also a helpful "shopping cart." Some drag them along with rope. Attach a laundry basket to a luggage rack with a bungee cord and you're in serious business.
- Fitting Rooms: We offer 22 fitting rooms so you can try on items. We suggest you wear suitable garments so you can use our communal fitting rooms if our single fitting rooms are full. Please hang unwanted items neatly and give them to our Fitting Room Crew, keeping sets together.
- Holds Area: Bring large items or full laundry baskets to our HOLDS AREA so you can continue shopping. Holds is for items you are 100% certain you will purchase. Please don't put items in Holds that you might change your mind about. We offer flatbeds to move large items to Holds, but return them immediately for use by others. They are not for shopping. We do not sell items missing tags. All tags we find are kept in Holds. Head to Holds if you want an item that is missing a tag.
- Restrooms are available towards the back of the store.
- Checkout: Look for the signs marked Checkout! At the computer, a Crew member will scan your tags. Then you will head to payment.
Payment details
At our events, we accept Cash, MasterCard, and Visa with ID as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. No fee! We do not accept checks, AMEX, or Discover!
All Sales Final: No returns or exchanges! Be sure to open all items and test batteries and plug-in items at our Inspection Station at the Fitting Rooms in order to ensure that they are complete! Even items marked NEW!
Claim tickets for large items
For items too large or difficult to move to Holds or attached to a store fixture:
- You must complete the top portion of the Claim Ticket with your name, the date and phone number using pencil not pen. Pencils are on our sign stands and the front door check-in table.
- Then remove the bottom portion and hold onto it while you continue to shop.
- When you have completed your shopping and get to the Checkout Processing Station, give your Crew Member the Claim Ticket to ring up the item.
- When you pay for your items at the Cash Registers, your Claim Ticket and Receipt will be stamped PAID.
- Get your items from the sales floor after paying. A Crew Member from the front table can retrieve high-end items attached to secure item racks. Please accompany them to show them your item.
- You must show both the Claim Ticket and Receipt at the door to remove the item with the matching top portion of the Claim Ticket from the store.
- We can hold large items overnight once paid for, except on the final day of our sale. But you can only pick the item up when we are open to shoppers. See the Sale Schedule!
Family rules & prep
- Bring a list of specific items you need. Now's the time to think about birthdays and holidays, even Christmas!
- Come prepared to make a day of it! Be sure to think ahead and pack drinks/water bottles (label with your name) and plenty of food/snacks! And wear comfortable shoes! A fanny pack or backpack keeps hands free to browse and haul!
- We love kids, but if possible, leave yours at home to make your experience a bit easier for you. If you bring them, please keep your children with you at all times. Children are not permitted to be in the store without parents, to run, ride on toys, or play with toys. Children age 3 and under must be in a stroller, wagon, or baby-worn.
