Crew check-in

Welcome, Crew! Thank you for being the heartbeat of our sale. Please review these essential guidelines before arriving for your shift:

• Arrival & Entry: See parking & entry instructions here.
• Check-in: Head to Crew Check-in immediately. Get your name tag and apron, highlight your name on the sheet, and receive a quick overview.
• Scanning Pros: If you have a scanning slot, please watch our Scanning Tutorial before arrival.
• Late Arrivals: Note your exact time on the check-in sheet and stay late at the end of your shift to make it up.
• Shift Conduct: Please keep cell phone usage to emergencies only.
• Comfort & Snacks: Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a labeled meal, snack, or water bottle-ask where to store these upon arrival.
• Integrity Policy: You may only shop during your assigned shopping time. Shopping or setting aside items during your shift is prohibited and will result in a ban from Kids EveryWEAR events.
• Check-out: Always check out where you checked in, return your apron/name tag, and verify your shift completion.
• Late Night Safety: All late-night crew must exit together. Please ask us to unlock the doors so we can lock them securely behind you.
