๐Ÿ“… Important Deadlines

  • EverythingELSE Sale We Tag signup closes on September 19 (3 weeks before regular drop-offs), unless it fills before that date.
  • You can drop off limited-sized boxes of items for EE We Tag as early as August 23!
  • If dropping off at your tagger's home or a mall drop-off before September 26, you can schedule one additional mall drop-off for large items that can't be boxed on or after September 26.
  • All items must be to your We Tag tagger by September 26, which is 2 weeks before regular drop-offs.

General EverythingELSE We Tag Info

Please read What's New for EE Consignors to be sure you know what to bring to your tagger. Note these important changes:

  • Not accepting Mossimo, Cherokee, Merona, White Stag, Faded Glory, Croft & Barrow ladies elastic-waist pants, Temu, Shein, Romwe, Alfred Dunner, as well as any other brands not in existence in the last 3 years.
  • No capris of any length for Fall EE. Capris will only be allowed at Spring EE.
  • No visors at Fall EE. Visors will only be allowed at Spring EE.
  • Any unaccepted item (stains, holes, tears, off-season) will result in $1 deducted from consignor checks. Read more about our quality initiative and how to be part of the quality team here.
  • We will have both white and color tag unacceptable items available at Pickup.

Important Limits & Rules:

  • We are limiting adult clothing to a TOTAL of THREE large garbage bags - that is total and not per size and not per gender. We have very limited tagging available for this event.
  • If you are dropping off items before September 26, your items must be in stackable boxes, not bags.
  • No large items can be dropped off at homes. If you have large items, you must choose the mall drop-off location.
  • No large items can be dropped off at the mall drop-off location before September 26.
  • The EverythingELSE Sale is season-specific (Spring/Summer items for May & Fall/Winter items for October.) Carefully follow the EE Items Accepted list.
  • WE WILL REGISTER YOU for the EverythingELSE Sale which will send you an automated confirmation that includes your code and cardstock color.
  • Shopping Perks: You will receive a shopping pass from your tagger or at your mall drop-off. You get to shop our EE Consignor Pre-sale for Full Price, 50% off, and 75% off!

Get started: The 4 simple steps

Step 1: Gather your items

โš ๏ธ Crucial Quality Standards

Please remember: Taggers do not provide a sorting service. It is the consignor's responsibility to pre-screen all items for the correct season, stains, holes, odors, and accepted brands before drop-off.

A $1 fee is applied for every unaccepted item dropped off to your tagger.

Stain Checking Checklist

Collect and freshly launder your best adult & home items from our Items Accepted list. You do not need to include hangers but can include them if you have them!

โœ… Condition Check: We charge $1 per item for anything that is unacceptable (stains, holes, rust, yellowing, etc) that you drop off to your tagger. Unacceptable items are disposed ofโ€”not returned. If your tagger pulls them in advance, your seller report will not list item descriptions since they do not make tags for them. Taggers check for:

  • Fresh laundering (especially those from bins or storage to eliminate mothball and attic smells).
  • Iron if needed.
  • No stains, tears, or smells.
  • No rust or yellowing plastic.
  • No handpainted items.

โœ… Quality Check:

  • Wipe shoes and toys (Magic Erasers work great).
  • Include working batteries in items that need them.

โœ… Organization:

  • Open and count boxed items; tape them closed with blue painter's tape marked "complete."
  • Bag or box clothing by gender, mens' items separately from ladies', and mark the gender on the outside of the box or bag. (It is often difficult for taggers to differentiate between jeans, etc.)
  • Place items in large garbage bags tied shut or stackable boxes labeled with your We Tag code (sent to you by We Tag once you complete the form).
  • Write your code on blue painter's tape-not directly on bags or bins. Bins will not be returned.

โœ… Pricing (optional):

  • If you have a preferred price for a large item, write it clearly on blue tape and point it out at drop-off.

โœ… Sets:

  • Fold matched sets together and bag toy pieces together.

Step 2: Choose a drop-off location

Choose Mall Drop-off or a Tagger Home near You. Note: You CANNOT drop additional items off to be tagged at a later date unless your tagger has available time once they are done with their first round of tagging. If you miss your appointment, you will be put to the bottom of the waitlist and will likely not be able to use We Tag this season for EE.

Drop-off Locations:

  • South Hills Mall: 1213 Buck Jones Rd, Raleigh, NC 27606
  • Apex, Bahama, Fuquay Varina, Holly Springs, Raleigh - pick yours on the form!

Step 3: Pay

  1. Pay your We Tag supply fee ($20 per event).
  2. WE WILL REGISTER YOU for your We Tag code. Already registered under your full name? Type "unregister" in the registration form as shown in the image below.
    unregister
  3. You'll receive a confirmation email with your 4-digit We Tag code and your assigned cardstock color. Keep it - you'll need it for EverythingELSE Sale Pickup (if you're using colored cardstock).

Step 4: Complete the We Tag form

Confirm your chosen drop-off location.

Reminder: The EverythingELSE Sale is our huge adult sale where you can sell almost all things for adults - if you want to use we tag for BB or KE too, you must:

  • Pay a separate $20 We Tag supply fee for BB and/or KE.
  • Complete a separate form for each event.
  • Gather your BB all-season and/or KE season-specific items according to each sale's Items Accepted.

Your spot is confirmed only when payment, form, and item drop-off (or pickup) are complete.

What's next

  • The We Tag team lead will contact you soon!
  • In the meantime, start preparing your items for drop-off.

Tag colors, rules & earnings

  • White Tags: These are EE donation tags. We provide white cardstock. There is no rollover after EE. White tag unsold items will be donated before EE Pickup. (Note: You can tell your tagger a few specific items to tag at no discount and provide the correct color cardstock for just those items if you want to pick them up if they don't sell).
  • Colored Tags: These let you pick up your unsold items. If you want to pick up your unsold items, you must provide enough cardstock in your assigned color (see your registration email). 12 tags print per sheet, so bring enough for all items. Extra cardstock will not be returned. If your colored cardstock runs out, we'll print the remaining tags on white cardstock for EE. After EE, all unsold color tags are available for Pickup.
  • Discounting: EverythingELSE Sale items โ†’ up to 75% off max.

Donation Rules Overview

If You Want to Donate All Your Items:

  • No need to bring any cardstock. We'll print all your tags on white cardstock. After EE Pickup, your non-rollover items are donated that evening - no exceptions.

If You Want to Pick Up Unsold Items from EE:

  • Provide enough colored cardstock in your assigned color.
  • You can pick up your unsold EE items during Pickup (see your confirmation email or Event Schedule for date/time). Only children's toys & equipment are sorted.
  • If you are not available to come to Pickup, you can pull your unsold items on the final day of EE.
  • All remaining items after EE Pickup will be donated that evening.

Earnings, Fees & Checks

  • 45% earnings on your total sales.
  • $20 non-refundable supply fee per event.
  • $20 consignor fee (deducted from your check after your % is calculated).
  • If You Also Want to Tag Items Yourself: You can choose to use your own consignor code (first name + last name) - not your We Tag code. You'll earn 65% on those items, and a separate $20 consignor fee applies for each code and check. If you tag any items under your We Tag code, those sales stay at 45% earnings but you only have the one consignor fee deducted because you only have one check. This might result in a higher total going to you.
  • Checks: Available at Pickup after each event. Mailed after Pickup if not collected in person. Wait 3 weeks before inquiring because the postal system can be slow.
  • Reports: If you want a report of items sold, order an EE Seller Report. Be CERTAIN to provide your WE TAG CODE when completing payment.

Ready to prep?

Check your items! Carefully review our Items Accepted chart. Any items that are not accepted at EE will be donated and not tagged and you will be charged $1 per unacceptable item.
