EE We Tag Taggers

Thank you for wanting to become a tagger with our We Tag Team!

The EverythingELSE Sale accepts new taggers only if they previously consigned at an EverythingELSE event and were not fined for 10 or more unacceptable items. If you've consigned at a past EE event and wish to tag for other consignors, keep reading.

Tagging for BB & EE

We are requiring that BB taggers tag with tan cardstock. If you tag for a person for EE for whom you also tag for BB, please pick up their unsold BB items accepted at EE and retag them with the correct color cardstock, if they provided it or white if they choose to donate unsold items.

New for EE - Fall 2026

Safety pins cannot be used by We Tag to attach tags. Use zip ties or a tagging gun only.

  • We require a tagging gun when zip ties are not possible. We have them available for purchase at the sale space for $10 and have them linked on our Supply page as well.
  • We provide tag pins; ensure they match your gun type (fine or standard).
  • Important: You must use zip ties whenever possible. A tagging gun is used only when you cannot zip tie. This is true for items with parts and pieces as well - use zip ties, not tape, to attach pieces whenever possible.
  • Tag through a seam-never the main fabric-to prevent holes in the item.
  • Use two pins per tag for extra security.
  • Tape your tag corner before using the ziptie or the gun to attach tag.

Consignor Limits: New and not yet cleared taggers can only take one mall drop-off consignor at a time and cannot pick up another consignor's items until the first consignor's items have been fully completed and returned to the building. Cleared taggers can take either one large mall drop-off consignor or up to two small mall drop-off consignors at a time but cannot pick up another consignor's items until the other consignors' items have been fully completed and returned to the building.

New & not yet cleared taggers

New Taggers:

  • A new EE tagger is anyone who has NOT been a We Tag tagger for EE specifically in the past.
  • New Taggers must attend orientation, listed on the We Tag Schedule linked in the fb group and tagger form.
  • New taggers must complete and email a W9 to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. You cannot become a tagger until we receive your W9.

Check & Clearance Requirements:

  • New Taggers must pick up consignor items at the sale space, tag them at home (if portable), and return them when Kate, Amy, or Courtney are there, not when other key holders offer access.
  • All taggers who have not yet been cleared must drop off items only when Kate, Amy, or Courtney are at the mall space - not when other key holders offer access.
  • Kate, Amy, or Courtney must check all of your items before you place them on the floor.
  • All new taggers and taggers who have not yet been cleared must show all unacceptable items to Kate, Amy, or Courtney for approval before donating them.
  • You can view your status here.

General information

  • View the EE event schedule here. We Tag requires Taggers who arrive on time.
  • Courtney is the We Tag team lead; all communication should go through her. Other leads are listed on the form.
  • All returning Taggers can choose home drop-offs and/or mall pickups.
  • Taggers earn 20% of consignor sales from items they tag that sell. You submit an unacceptable items count. Pay is calculated before consignor fines are deducted. Fines do not affect your pay.
  • If you earn over $2000/year, Gail will issue you a 1099.
  • You will receive one combined check for all of your EE we tag commissions. It will be available at Pickup. If you don't go to Pickup, it will be mailed that evening to the address you provide in the We Tag form. If you consign at EE, your tagger check will be stapled to your personal consignor check for pickup.
  • You will receive a Tagger Seller report that shows all items that were sold for each consignor and all unacceptable items. Your WeTag consignors will need to order a sellers report. You are NOT allowed to share your tagger report with them.
  • If you purchase a personal Seller Report, it includes only items sold under your personal code, not your We Tag consignors' codes.

Supplies & Pricing:

  • We supply zip ties, Ziploc bags, tag pins, white cardstock (for KE and EE only; tan cardstock for BB), hangers, blue painter's tape, and packing tape refills but not dispensers. When using our red packing tape holders at the sale space, refill empty tape holders for reuse; do not dispose of them.
  • You provide pens, a tag gun, large-core packing tape holder, stapler, and hole punch. Do not remove these from the sale space. Supplies: Amazon Supply List.
  • Return unused supplies including hangers before 1st drop-off unless. Do not use Kids EveryWEAR supplies or hangers for your personal items.
  • You decide the prices. We created an EE Pricing Guide to help. The consignor can tell you prices of a few items for which they have strong preference or might ask you to price a few items in red with no discount.

Deadlines & Requirements:

  • Crucial: Keep each consignor's items completely separate and use their correct code and last name on all tags. Attach Claim Tickets to all items that require them.
  • Large items that can't be moved can stay at the sale space. Label them with blue painter's tape showing the consignor code, your name, and "EE We Tag." Take photos, create the tag at home, then return to attach it. Send photos to the We Tag Team Lead so they are aware of items left that need tags.
  • For the EverythingELSE Sale, all consignor items must be fully placed on the sales floor by Friday, October 9, the day before the first EE drop off. Add this deadline to your calendar.
  • We request that you complete all consignor items before regular drop-offs begin. You can still use regular drop-offs and go through the normal drop-off procedure if you have additional items once regular drop-offs start. However, aim to have all items placed before regular drop-offs begin.
  • Once regular drop-offs begin, you can only enter during regular drop-off hours and MUST have all items out before the end of the final drop-off ends.
  • If you fail to complete and place a consignor's items BEFORE EE 3rd drop-off, the person who finishes the work will receive full pay for those items. No exceptions.
  • If an emergency prevents you from completing tagging or from getting your consignor's items, notify the team lead as soon as possible - ideally at least one week before regular drop-offs.

EE item storage & pickup

EE Item Storage:

  • EE item storage is for tagged items only. Storage access will be closed August 5 - August 12 during BoutiqueBASH. It will also be closed during the Kids EveryWEAR Sale from August 29 - September 30. Team Leads will post updates if there are any days during the Kids EveryWEAR Sale when storage access is available.
  • EE boxed items must be placed in the red room. There is no large item storage for EE. No exceptions.
  • A mint green stored-item quarter sheet must be completed and attached to every box before placing it in storage. These sheets can be found on the front WeTag tables.
  • All boxes must be taped shut. All bins must have a lid.
  • No personal items. You must store your own EE items at home.
  • Once the sales floor is set for EE, no items can be added to EE storage. All EE items brought in after that time must be placed directly on the sales floor. Taggers are responsible for placing items in storage on the sales floor for the EE sale once the space is open. All EE stored items must be out of storage and on the sales floor by October 9.

EverythingELSE Pickup:

  • There is no rollover after EE.
  • All EE color tag items must be picked up by your consignor before close of Pickup if they provided color cardstock.
  • All EE white tag items will be donated before Pickup.
  • If you are consigning personally at EE, you must pick up your color tag personal items before the end of EE Pickup.

We Tag consignor codes & communication

  • Consignor # tape: Remove all blue tape with consignor codes before placing tagged items on the sales floor. Double-check while tagging and when setting up.
  • The We Tag Team Lead will register the consignor's We Tag code for each event using their first initial and last name.
  • If a consignor provides colored cardstock, ensure it matches their assigned We Tag code color on the Cardstock Color Chart. They are allowed to designate colored cardstock for only some of their items that they want to pickup or for all of their items.
  • If the consignor tags their own items, they must use their original code (full first name and last name) or accept that items under their we tag code will be paid at 45%.
  • Consignors pay an additional fee for a second code. We do not issue a free extra code to discourage self-tagging of large or expensive items.
  • If they use the We Tag code, all their self-tagged items will be paid at 45%.

Unacceptable items

You are responsible for checking all items for stains and damage.

  • You must check that items meet the requirements of EE Items Accepted.
  • The EE secr3t word$ are Keep It Out of the Landfill.
  • You must check that all items are complete and that all items work properly.
  • All items must have working batteries. We do not provide batteries.
  • You must assemble all items that requiring assembly as listed in the EE Drop-off page of the SELL tab.
  • If you are a cleared tagger for We Tag and a consignor's items are stained, torn, or outdated, please donate them.
  • New and not cleared taggers must bring in consignors' unacceptable items to be checked by Kate, Amy, or Courtney.
  • When you are completely finished and all items have been placed on the sales floor, submit an Unacceptable Items form for each unacceptable item. This does not impact your tagger pay, as it's calculated before fines are deducted from consignor pay. You can pick your next consignor's items to tag only after submitting unacceptable items for your current consignor and placing all of their items on the sales floor.
Stain Checking Checklist

Rules & conduct

YOU MUST PROMISE NOT TO SHOP, STASH, HIDE, OR LOOK THROUGH CLOTHING OR OTHER CONSIGNED ITEMS. We all know this, but it still needs to be said because some people ask where they could put the items they want to buy! It simply is not fair, no matter how many hours you work. If you desperately want something, you must put it where it belongs and go to it first during your shopping hours. Do not ask someone shopping before your shopping time to buy any items for you. Do not buy directly from consignors.

Communication & Support:

  • We post important We Tag updates in our hidden We Tag FB Group. As a tagger, you must request a link from the We Tag team lead (listed above) to join the We Tag FB Group. The link expires after 24 hours. Once you join, please turn on notifications for the group.
  • It is also the only place you can ask questions about We Tag. You cannot text questions about tagging to the We Tag team. It becomes overwhelming for other taggers to answer questions already covered on our website or in the We Tag or Consignor groups.
  • Be respectful of other team members' time and search the site using various search terms before posting in the FB Group.
  • Please do not ask Kate, Amy, or other taggers about item placement before using the QR code sheet at the space to search the EE Layout Map for item placement (on the EE Drop-off page in the SELL tab). This requires using the "Find & Replace ..." feature in the Google Sheets app. Download the Google Sheets app to your phone now.
  • Please do not ask Kate, Amy, or other taggers questions about how to tag an item before first searching the How to Tag page for EE in the SELL tab of the website.
  • Please do not ask Kate, Amy, or other taggers if an item is accepted at EE without checking the Items Accepted page first.
  • You must join our private Consignor FB Group and turn on notifications if you are not already a member. We post helpful information there and believe it is beneficial.
  • It is absolutely essential that your tags print crisp and clear - not faded or fuzzy. Never print over a tag twice or on the back of the same sheet. If tags are fuzzy, they don't scan and must be manually entered, increasing the chance of errors. Please ensure each sheet prints clearly!
  • Before tagging each season, you must read all pages in the SELL tab of our website. Please start with the What's New for Consignors page. Before tagging each season, please read the How to Tag page. Tagging rules change each season.
  • Please discuss any sale-related suggestions or desired changes with Gail, but be discreet about who hears you. We value and appreciate your input, but let's keep discussions private. Please, no drama and complaining. Let's keep it fun for everyone!
  • Please do not discuss other consignment sales with anyone, including your consignors.

Using the Sale Space:

  • Text Gail EVERY time you enter and leave the sales space, even if team leads or other taggers are present. Gail must receive a text from each tagger when entering and leaving. Your first text should read "NAME - in space". Subsequent texts can say "in space" or "leaving space."
  • Do not remove any items from the premises without permission from a We Tag team lead.
  • HELPERS: You cannot have assistance placing items. You alone must place all We Tag items-no helpers allowed. No one can accompany you into the sale space without prior approval from Gail. Children are permitted only with one-time approval and must remain in a stroller or baby carrier.
  • Do not move any signage. If you think a sign is missing or in the wrong place, text Gail and copy Kate Larkin, send a photo, and ask if the sign is correct.
  • We have no one to empty trash before 1st Drop-off. You must remove ALL TRASH including paper; bring a bag to carry it out. Do not use sale bags from checkout. Do not leave any trash whatsoever in the sale space. DO NOT leave any Boxes.
  • Return all flat carts to the storefront before leaving.
  • Use ONLY our single-salesman racks that are set up in the front for you. Do not use rack pull-out extensions. Do not force the wheels of the racks if they stop rolling. Align them to roll forward and check if something has jammed them. Do not overfill racks. Do not bring racks outside.
  • There is a small trash can of size rings at the We Tag supplies shelves for use by taggers. Please return them to the trash can when leaving the space.
  • You must be above board in all ways. You must honor the Mall rules. Do not smoke in the store or near the store entrance. Only certified service animals are allowed in the store. Notify your We Tag team lead and Gail if you have a certified service animal. Do not bring alcohol into the store.
  • Use only the main bathrooms. Do not enter the purple room. Leave the restroom cleaner than when you found it and ensure the toilet flushes completely. Do not flush paper towels or sanitary products; pack them out with you. If you have permission to bring a child with you and they use the restroom, ensure the toilet flushes and no trash is left behind. Children are generally not allowed in the space except on selling days.
  • You cannot turn on the main lights. Only the We Tag team lead can turn them on, and only when many people are putting out items. We will post in the We Tag FB Group when lights will be on.

Security & Leaving the Space:

  • Each time you enter or exit, ensure the doors are locked by checking all three sets on both sides. We are responsible for valuable items and must be extremely careful. Only Team Leads can unlatch the double door.
  • IF YOU ARE NOT A KEY HOLDER, DO NOT LET ANYONE IN. Key holders can let cleared taggers in. See the cleared tagger list on the front table. Lock the doors and have the next person unlock them to ensure only approved key holders enter.
  • You can provide your team lead's phone number without opening the door, and ask them to call. For security reasons, key codes are very limited. Do not allow mall personnel entry. Provide Gail's cell number and instruct them to call her. Always lock the space when going to your car. The doors must never be left unlocked.
  • You might be given the key code. If using the key code even for a short visit, return the key, lock the door behind you, and retrieve the key to lock the door upon exit. The key must remain in the lockbox when you are in the space. You CANNOT for ANY reason share the key code with ANYONE no matter what they say. Change the code after removing and replacing the key to avoid leaving it set to the code.
  • If you have an emergency, text or call your team lead and consignor.
  • No one can be in the space after 9pm unless your We Tag team lead gives prior approval and a team lead is with you. If your We Tag team lead stays past 9pm, leave immediately when she does.
  • Clean up thoroughly before leaving the space. Before leaving, remove all boxes and trash, return racks to their proper locations, and leave the space as good or better than you found it. Do a final walk-through to ensure no trash, boxes, rejects or items are left behind.

Keyholding taggers must provide access

We are so grateful for our keyholders-having a key is a helpful privilege for both you and us, and it's a huge part of what keeps We Tag running smoothly! We're updating our keyholder requirements to ensure our non-keyholding taggers always have a way into the building.

  • Keyholding is a privilege. Failure to meet these requirements will result in your key being revoked and reassigned to a tagger who does not currently have a key and is able to meet the expectations. Non-keyholders depend on keyholders for access to the building. This policy is being implemented due to issues in the last sale cycle, where keyholders were accessing the building without posting their hours for non-keyholders to gain entry.
  • If you are a keyholder, you must fulfill the scheduling requirement for each sale you tag for. Keyholders tagging for EE must schedule 3 hours between October 1 and October 9.
  • All scheduled time slots must be posted at least one week in advance to count toward your requirement. This ensures non-keyholders have adequate time to plan accordingly. Your scheduled hours must be unique. If multiple keyholders are in the building at the same time, only the first keyholder to sign up for that shift will receive credit toward their requirement.
  • Taggers who have not yet been cleared to place items on the floor without a check can only bring in items when Kate, Amy, or Courtney are in the building to review them. It is the tagger's responsibility to be sure one of those three people are there, prior to coming. However, keyholders can allow these taggers into the building to pick up supplies. A sheet will be posted at the front WeTag tables indicating which taggers are cleared and which require a check.
  • As the keyholder, it is your responsibility to ensure the door is locked at all times. Please remember that even after you have met your required hours, you are still expected to post any additional times you will be in the building for at least one hour.
