Critical dates
- EverythingELSE Sale Pickup: Tuesday, October 27, 4-7pm*
*Check pickup is allowed until 8pm. You must be in the store before 7pm and done by 8pm to pick up items. - Spring 2027 Registration opens: November 15, 2026, 8:00 PM
- Spring 2027 EverythingELSE Sale (potential dates): April 23 - May 2, 2027

IMPORTANT: If you have ANY questions about your items or your check amount, only GAIL can help you (our Crew cannot). You must see Gail before leaving the premises if you have concerns or need help finding items. We cannot assist you once you leave!
No rollover after the EverythingELSE Sale
No items roll over after the EverythingELSE Sale. Any items not picked up by the end of Pickup night are donated that evening.
What to bring to pickup
- Confirmation email: Bring your confirmation email (or have it on your phone) so that you know your code. If you send someone else to pick up your items, they MUST have your confirmation email. Can't find it? Register again and a copy will be emailed to you.
- Identification: We need to see your ID to hand over your check.
- Transport: Bring a wagon, luggage cart, rolling suitcase, stroller, rolling rack or dolly, and bins! Please label these with your name and cell number in case you leave them behind.
- Cash: Bring cash if you want to stock up on tagging supplies.
Can't make it to pickup but want your items?
Sending someone to pick up your items?
Because we only sort children's items at the EverythingELSE Sale, we do not recommend that you send someone to try to find your items for you. Do not send someone to pick up your unsorted items and adult clothing items for you as it would be difficult for them to recognize them as yours. If you do send someone else to pick up your items, they MUST have your confirmation email.
Sending someone to pick up your check?
If you want someone else to pick up your check, you do not need to email Gail. They MUST have your confirmation email AND the photo of the shopping pass you took at Drop-off.
Pull your items early!
You can pull your items during our 50% off sale or 75% off sale. You must show your confirmation email and items to our Crew Member at the Exit door to take your items. You do not need to see Gail to do this, only the Door Crew.
Work a sort shift!
If you can't make it, sign up to work a sort shift on Monday or Tuesday morning 9:30am-2:30pm and get your items at the end of your shift. If no sort shifts are open, show up at 9:30am and work until 2:30pm. You earn crew hours for the sale of your choice too! Your check might not be ready at the end of your shift. We will mail it after Pickup if it is not.
What to do at pickup
1. Locate your sorted items: Infant Equipment and toys will be sorted after the EverythingELSE Sale. We will line up your sorted items by code in the area where large outdoor equipment is sold during the sale. Get your sorted items if you used colored cardstock.
2. Pull your unsorted items: If you would like to find and bring home any adult clothing, clothing accessories, housewares or furniture items, you are welcome to do so, but they will not be sorted for the EverythingELSE sale. You will need to pull them yourself, so please give yourself enough time to do so.
3. Check the exception racks: Check the "Items Missing Tags" area for items that have become separated from sets or have lost their tags. Check Stained/Torn/Off-season/Outdated items. These are on racks labeled as such near the Items Missing Tags.
4. Donating unsold items? All white tags have already been donated before Pickup day. If you are using white cardstock to indicate that you will be donating your unsold items, but you would like to come during Pickup hours to receive your sale earnings check, we encourage you to do so! Print your Tax Donation Receipts (PDF).
5. Final security check: Pick up your check BY CODE - so know your code! Have your bins, bags, and items ALL checked at the door before you can leave with any items. Please unstack bins and open bags for our KE Door Crew member.
Missing items checklist & email protocol
We are sorry, but due to the size of our sale, we do not guarantee items. Missing an item? Please make Gail aware before leaving Pickup! Run through this checklist first:
- Could it have been moved to the high-end secure rack? (We can cut down your items).
- Did you buy a seller report? Are there items with no description on your seller report? (We might have rung items with a different discount color when it didn't change the selling price.) Are there any fines/unacceptable items listed?
- Did you use color cardstock? Were any of your tags or duplicate tags printed on white paper? Did you print on white cardstock and then use a marker to make the tag a color?
- Did you possibly not bring that item or give away that item?
- Only children's toys are sorted. They are ALL boxed or laying to the right in rows by consignor CODE. Did you check there? Did you look to see if you had MORE THAN 1 box there?
- Your item is probably in the store somewhere in the wrong place. Customers are very messy. Scour these places: Boxes/bags sorted items area, Parts & pieces on shelving on concrete, Unacceptable items, and Items missing tags.
- Check all adult areas for your unsorted items: Books, Housewares, Tools/Pets/Gardening/Automotive, Furniture, Large infant equipment, Bedding/lamps, Holiday, Clothing/shoes, Sporting Goods, Accessories.
Emailing us after Pickup:
Please DO NOT email to say you did not know your infant equipment, toys, housewares, and books would automatically roll over to the EverythingELSE Sale (you can pull your items on 75% off day of the KE Sale if you do not wish them to roll over). Please DO NOT email to say you did not know we don't sort your adult items (you can pull your items on 75% off day or during Pickup). Please DO NOT email to say you forgot Pickup or cannot make it to Pickup (all remaining items are donated at 8pm). Please DO NOT email asking how to get your check if you miss Pickup (checks are mailed the following day). Please DO NOT email asking for an alternate Pickup time. ONLY email us if you have not received your check after two weeks.
Checks
We will make every effort to have checks ready for our consignors at Pickup! We love to save postage! Checks cannot be available at Pickup in the event that we experience any equipment failures. We will email all consignors the day prior to Pickup if checks will need to be mailed. Thankfully, we have always had them ready in the past. We post to the FB Group for Consignors when checks are printed so that consignors know they will be available at Pickup.
Missing Pickup?
Any checks which are not picked up on-site by 8pm will be mailed to you the following day. Contact us ONLY if you have not received your check two weeks after Pickup.
Lost your check?
We are sorry, but there is a $25 stop-payment fee for lost checks. Please email us to have a new check sent. If you have Paypal or Venmo, let us know your user details & the last 4 digits of your phone # for Venmo.
Supplies & pricing strategies
Cash-only deals at Pickup:
Grab 4" zip ties (100/pack for $2), White cardstock (10 sheets for $1), Large Ziploc bags ($1/bag), or a Tag gun ($10).
Mark-down tip for unsold items:
Anytime you have items at Pickup, we request that you retag them and reduce your price by $1 or more if the item didn't sell as well as change the discount choice from red (full price) to green (50% max) or green to black (75% max) on all returning items. We require that all fields be TYPED into our online tagging system for all of our events. No tag descriptions can be handwritten and no tags can be photocopied.
What if my address has changed?
Please register again using your old house number to pull up your information and change it online. *If discount days have ended, your check has most likely been printed and will have to forward through the USPS system.
